Host Inn International Hotel - Hotel in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

The worst and filthiest place I've ever been. The rooms were worse than any dharamshalas in India. The food was fine but I'm very disappointed by the services. Not recommending this hotel to anyone. If you wanna stay in a hotel then choose a dharamshala cuz it is better than this. Ac's were not working, washrooms were worse than the public ones. No blankets and other things like towels, soap and other toiletry items were provided. Tbh the worst experience in my life.

My perspective: Usually people choose hotel / logde for their comfortable stay when we go to other states/country, but i haven't got any of that experience in this hotel though. A.C's are not working cleaning staff rolls the same bedsheets, comforters for the next clients who stays in the room after the other person checks out, it's a chaos. Sorry to say this @ hostinn hotel you failed to full fill the basic algorithms of hotel management. We have many option around this hotel with good facilities ignore if you can for this one.

Close to Techno marol Naka metro station .we had wonderful stay. Staff was polite and helpful. Room were neat and clean. Easy accessibility of public transport.Overall good will recommend

1. Location is very very inside, no proper road. Full of water and looks very tacky. Area not safe. 2. Rooms are very old and everything is broken. 3. Ac was fully broken and from the sides you can see outside. 4. Bathroom was very dirty and the fan inside was giving burning smell which was very bad. Got a headache bcoz of that. 5. Rooms are costly at online platforms and will also show sold-out, but offline is 2.5k 6. There is no proper way inside the hotel to the room, its like bhulbhulaiya (maze) Lift goes up and you have to walk downstairs to go to the room. Everything is disgusting except the lobby.

No proper facilities available AC was not working, seminar was in basement area it was suffocating also less capacity.

When we finally got to our room, we were greeted with a strong odor of mold and mildew that permeated every surface. The bed linens were stained and threadbare, and the pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. The bathroom was equally disgusting, with a foul smell that lingered even after multiple attempts to air it out. The showerhead was broken, and the water pressure was so weak that it was impossible to get a decent shower. The towels provided were old and dingy, and had clearly not been washed properly. The breakfast was nothing short of a disaster. The food was cold and unappetizing, and there were very few options available. The coffee was stale and tasted like it had been sitting out for days. Overall, our stay at Hotel Host Inn was a complete disaster. It was easily the worst hotel experience we've ever had, and we would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away if you value your sanity and hygiene.
