Booked for MRI. I was asked to wait. 1 hour 30 minutes passed and reception is not able to inform when it will be done. I came here yesterday to get an MRI scheduled, but Was informed that there was no need to schedule. I don't know what the problem is in advising if it is going to take time. What benefit they are going to make your customers wait without giving any probable time. I understand there can be delays, but at least inform that as per queue it is going to take this much hours or days. Very bad Management. Waste of time, which otherwise could be used only by knowing wait time.

Little bit difficult to find because it is somewhat inside from main road and no public vehicle or autos go there so you have to go by foot or by own vehicle. Apart from this everything is good. Parking is available. Every type of tests are done here. 3tesla MRI machine is available here. Pricing is also not high. For all type of blood test price is 1800 approx. Staffs are rude. Waiting hall is available and it is for approx 20 to 25 people. They take 12 hrs to 24 hrs for report. A good thing is that they also send report on your mobile. You can download your report through their website which is very good. UPI payment is not accepted here which is bad in my opinion but card payment is accepted. Overall average experience

Good Pathology centre.some of the staff are rued and need proper training for decent behaviour with patients

Very poor service they were not giving proper scheduled timing it means if you go this pathology centre your full day is waisted

Worst services. You have to wait 3 hrs. For MRI. Staff behavior is very rude. AC is not working .when asked to staff, they replied :what can I do? Never go to Hospito India. Mismanaged by managed person.No one here to listen your problem. Also see the pic of drinking water facility.

Test that are done: MRI, CT Scan, X Ray, Ultrasound, Color Doppler, Echo and Pathology is available. Well if doctors were punctual I would have given 4 star. Doctors here are always late and carry an attitude " jisko nhi rukna fees wapis kr do" statement by Dr. Y R Kapoor. So time management is very poor here.
