Nothing special about the services. Hospital looks clean but attention to patient is dissatisfactory. You may end up waiting for the doctor for hours even there's is no long queue. Dr Vijay Saxena doesn't care about patients' time and doesn't show up on time (as per the OPD time informed by the staff). I came on time and doctor is no where.

Our sincere thanks to Dr. Vijay Saxena and his entire team at Smart City Hospital, Bhopal. They are a professional bunch with a keen attitude towards patient care. I had my mother admitted here more than once for different medical issues and every time we were totally satisfied with the medical care and attention. She has recovered well from her ailments. We will highly recommend this medical facility to anyone who is looking for great medical care and personal attention towards patients well being. Kudos to Dr. Vijay Saxena who has mobilized this lovely medical Centre in Bhopal. Thanks a lot for your care

I am here for my Dads angiography test today (22nd October 2020). The moment i entered the hospital i can see the lack of coordination between hospital staff. They charged me INR 12000 for the private room and was told that patients family can not stay in the room while the patient is out for the test. I asked the reason to the receptionist who had no clue about it. There is a dedicated desk for the floor manager but he does not seem to be anywhere near. Every time they need any medicine to be given to the patient, they run to the patient family and ask them to bring the medicine. Looks like 1980's Bollywood era. The room is called deluxe room but no where close to that. Its lacking basic hygiene. Ladies at the reception have no clue about anything else than taking payments. Even during the covid situation, the hand sanitizers are difficult to find. Smart city hospital has nothing smart in it. Same old traditional way of handling patients and their families. This is my honest feedback which i have given to the ladies at the reception. But there is a very minimum possibility of this feedback going anywhere up in the management.

Total Mismanagement is observed. For executive health check up entire day is wasted. Lack of planning. lack of professional attitude among administrative staff is found. List of items covered under executive health check up not provided. USG without full of bladder no guideline. My age and address recorded wrong on Reports. vehicle to be parked on main road. Director contact no neither displayed nor provided. thanks to polite and humble nature of Dr vijay saxena Sir , hope his humbleness will reflect in service also.

Cleaniness is a plus point. newly erupting hospital has not enough facility like endoscopy etc. some security rules are so much strict that they are against public facility. No dues card has to be submitted on discharge of patient from hospital facilities like canteen.

I'm not satisfied with the hospital. Every charges very coastly .lab is too costly. Or bakki lab se 400rs jayda liiye jaa rahe he saare test too costly. But Dr Vijay Saxena bhaut sandar he. But staff is not cooperative

Great hospital in our smart city with modern facilities to everyone with reasonable cost. Dr. Vijay saxena is one of the best physicians in bhopal very cool, calm and supportive in nature.

This is the wrost hospital..I will not recommended to anyone..The hospital is unnecessary taking the charges with the patient.. Wrost hospital with wrost people.. Doctors are also not good..They are telling the unnecessary non sense things and taking unnecessary charges..Even doctor not see the patient, they are taking the charges...My suggestions for all to don't visit this hospital for any disease.. consult some other good hospital...
