An insurance procedures was completed very faster and team helped a lot. Specially a hospital corporate team employee @Pavitra who was with us in completing the claim procedure very smoothly. Staff is not response.. Very bad experience... If you opting for private bed also.. The nursing staff are very lazy I don't know how they are treating patients in general ward.god only must save them .and need to update nursing staff them 10 times and keep on updating them to come and treat patients..by doing so ..they will come once in while..very bad experience...and . Management is not good in managing the staff properly

Hi.... I personally have contact of many surgeons and specialized doctor as I was in corporate section..... Also i've seen many corporate hospital too....But this was the time to treat my aunty's Vasular blockages .... When I came to NIRMALA hospital off T narasipura signal, totally I was very happy after meeting the staff, and the founder Dr Shri Basavaraj sir... Dr Basavaraj is the one off the finest human being and very kind and humble person.. He himself personally took care and giving the best treatment , my aunty is about 69 years now..the Vascular surgery went well and my aunty is doing fine and recovering fast ... The Doctors, nurse staff, cleanliness of the hospital, the hospitality, atmosphere, ambience all together outstanding , out of our marks... Totally am satisfied and definitely iwill recomend the NIRMALA hospital to others whom I know ,for the best treatment with the best Doctors. They have all the lab facilities with in the hospital premises...so hassle free treatment can be availed.. I would personally take this opportunity to thank Dr, Sri Basavaraj sir ... Dr Nirmala one of the best doctor, we ever meet. My sister was suffering from very curtical condition. Dr Nirmala take care her very well. Entire hospital staffs are very cooperative. We are very much thankful for entire team Once again Thank you

Hospital have good doctors.... But the nursing and the other facilities has to be updated..... It is very slow.... After the patient gets admit it takes 3hours to setrait everything very slow ...... And they don't even provide proper cot after asking again and again also they had not even provided table to keep things..... Keep on asking many times also their answer was no tables.....after doctor said they gave it.... Atleast they should take care of all this things.... Dustbins have to be cleaned
