Amazing view, fabulous experience, wide restaurant and lodges and stay available but quality of food is not upto the mark, hill view and animals park and gangothri lake and boating over there is the highlight, overall experience was amazing must visit over bike to get topnotch experience, please don't litter make use of dustbins and keep the surrounding plastics free
One of the Beautiful sight seeing hills which is in Madanapalli in Andhra Pradesh located in Andhra-Bangalore Border....This is best place to visit in Winter season...This one is named after Horsley,a foreigner built his guest house on top of the hill as listened by me...Sunrise & sunset is the best time to enjoy this place
The view point is awesome and near to this view point we have a galibanda view point which is also super. My suggestion is reach to this location by around 6 AM near to this view point one hill is there try to go to the top of the hill at the time of sunrise which is awesome. The clouds are moving over you and the sun is trying to rise and it is closing which is ultimate view point compared to all other view points in this location. Hope you can enjoy depend upon your taste.
This Horsley hills view point is simply breathtaking. You can see the entire valley dotted with trees, green hills and lakes from here. We spent hours together at the view point admiring nature. There is limited paid parking just opposite this place and a restaurant too. Please be cautious, as like most tourist places, the path to the view point is not clean ( broken glasses, littered plastic). Would not recommend this for the elderlies and people with locomotive challenges because of the rocky slope to the view point.
Wonderful visit with the friends. We have been there during the Cyclone time but the visit was impressive and the atmosphere was like in the Araku Vally. All hill covered with fog and freezing cold You at least need to stay here for 2 days to cover all the places on hilltop..
I really enjoyed it so much. Actually this is the first time I have ever visited this place. The climate and view is so nice . And it is a better time to go during the winter season.
It is 140km from banglore.we went here through bike .always try to go in group if you are going here because there road are little deserted. Roads are good .Hills is not crowded so that I loved about this place.
This is amazing!!! Sunrise time was 6:03 AM and I have reached at 5:45 AM. I have seen moon and Sunrise at the same time. The view point is fantastic and I loved it. Sharing some beautiful photographs with you. Enjoy

Nice spacious rooms. Very courteous and patient staff. The food also is good. However, the restaurant seemed a little understaffed due to which delays were there in serving orders. Not a huge issue. Overall pleasent stay.
This places falls on the left side while going to Horsley hills. Very scenic place where anyone can kill close to 30 minutes to an hour taking picture and videos. If you visit during a rain then it would be most amazing experience you can have.
