Beautiful serene location with mountain view. Pristine detached cottage/rooms. Excellent preparation of food. Friendly and kind staff. Highly recommend this for families or couples.

Took deluxe room with river view balcony...rooms were neat and clean, spacious but jacuzzi were not in usable condition...view from room was beautiful and peaceful.
Only drawback is they dont have restaurant and no much food options available nearby but they ll arrange food with limited menu.
Complimentary breakfast can be improved..we got only dosa and tea.

The view from the room was great and it was within a km from thenmala, but the room was not anything exceptional. Restaurant is not available except for breakfast which didn't taste great and you don't have options at all.
Amazing location, majestic views, clean rooms, prompt service and simple and home made style breakfast. No restaurant available, but the Naadans restaurant (Kerala and Chinese cuisine) located nearby is a hidden gem and meets all your food needs.
I recently stayed at Hormuz Inn and while the hotel had some positive aspects, overall my experience was just okay.
The location of they hotel is great, beside the river with a great view and convenient to the main attractions and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would need to definitely emphasise on how attentive the staff was in fulfilling my requirements during the stay. However, the room was not as clean as I would have liked and there were a few issues with the amenities. The breakfast was good, not a buffet but still the idli and dosa were too good.
In general, Hormuz Inn is a decent option for a budget friendly stay but it didn't exceed my expectations. If you're looking for a no frills accommodation, it could be a good choice, but if you're looking for a more luxurious experience, you might want to look elsewhere.

Luxurious and compact room with a good view of Kallada river. It's located in thenmala. Nadan restaurant is near this resort. No restaurant attached to it. Only tea and coffee will be arranged by them. A simple complimentary breakfast will be provided. Except for the food arrangements, everything was satisfactory. Really good for couples expecting privacy
We stayed for one day. The food was awesome tasty . The room service was good they responded fast for our request. There good parks and dam near the place to visit. Overall experience was good.
Excellent place cool off your mind.
Nice cool water to swim. Take extreme care while entering to lake because there are hidden caves which is very dangerous. Also there are many crystal pieces are in the lake which cause deep cut in your feet.
