Last time I'm coming here for path tests. Made me sit for 2 hours giving reason like system is not working ( what I know is you need syringe and vials for collecting blood sample and testing is done later on) and then told that there's emergency (in lab!) so ended up sitting 2 hrs!! Single test is not reflecting in system so are forcing to do entire series of tests!! Further staff is arrogant saying you can go to other lab to get this test done. Remember, this is NACL accredited lab! Now after waiting for2 hrs, going to suburban diagnostic. Better rates, better service and all tests in a single prick!! Please refund my money which I've paid. Returned without giving sample as lab staff was clueless and confused!! Please avoid. Pathetic experience, second consecutive time. No visibility on improvement.. no courtesy. Good for nothing and will not sustain this way. What a waste of time it was!! Edit Just see the price difference between this pathetic hospital and Suburban Diagnostics. Charging bomb for the most pathetic service.Both are NACH accredited labs..In Suburban, I was out within 15 min flat with good service and at lesser price.

I did my yearly check up with the hospital and it went pretty smooth. The staff was helpful made me feel comfortable & the place was neat & clean. Special mention to the coordinator Mrs. Shivani who was throughout with the folks and guiding them diligently.

Dr Rajdeep More, Gastroenterologist...very cheerful personality with helping and caring nature and positive approach..I met him for consultation regarding thickening of gall bladder wall. He listened to me very carefully. He suggested some life style changes and advised medicines which suited me. It was a great experience.

I went for an annual health package in the Horizon Prime Hospital, coordinator Shivani handled the entire part of completing all tests efficiently. She ensured all the tests were aligned back to back which didn't waste any of my time. She is professional, organized and delivers excellent customer experience.

Waiting time for consulting is too high. Called me at 1.15pm but there were many patients still in queue. Patients coming after me were given priority too. Lot of partiality towards certain people happening. Very unprofessional behaviour.

I am deeply disappointed to share my recent experience at Horizon Prime Hospital. I had high hopes for exceptional healthcare, but unfortunately, my father's admission turned into a distressing ordeal. From the beginning, it was evident that certain staff members lacked professionalism. Despite full payment, my father was denied the correct medications he urgently needed, which had severe consequences on his health. The hospital's inability to promptly provide necessary medications left our family in a state of worry. Moreover, the discharge process was needlessly delayed, causing unnecessary distress. This delay persisted even after the insurer settled the bill, leaving us feeling helpless within the hospital's confines. The most alarming incident involved my father's diabetes management. Incorrect medication was administered despite his high sugar levels. This mistake not only worsened his condition but also jeopardized his life. The hospital's refusal to provide the correct medicine promptly exacerbated the situation, as the Head of the Department was on leave. This resulted in an agonizing wait of 9 hours, during which my father missed crucial dosages. These incidents have taken a toll on our family's mental and emotional well-being. The stress, anxiety, and emotional trauma we experienced were overwhelming. We questioned the commitment to patient care within the hospital. To compound matters, we were asked to purchase medication at a 15% discount from the hospital, despite their earlier failure to provide urgently required medicine. This demand was unjust and added to the hours of harassment we endured. I am writing to express my disappointment and seek a prompt response and resolution. I request a thorough investigation, an actionable plan to prevent such incidents, and fair compensation for the distress my father endured. Mistakes can occur, but it is crucial to acknowledge them, take corrective measures, and offer appropriate restitution. I hope the hospital can address these concerns promptly and restore trust in its commitment to patient care. I anticipate your timely response with proposed actions and a resolution plan.

Came here for full body health checkup. Had nice experience and supporting staff. Hospital floors, check up rooms and wash rooms are clean. Since I came on week day it was not very crowded, on weekends especially for health checkup there could be more crowd. Breakfast can be better though, seems its outsourced to vendor for packaged breakfast. Overall the experience was nice.
