Horizon ICU & Hospital - Private hospital in Margao - South Goa, India

Just got discharged from the hospital. Had a very good experience. To begin with Dr Sreeram was the best and efficient doctor. A pleasing and perfect orthopaedic Dr seen to all my needs patiently. The hospital was excellent, rooms clean all doctors helpful and pleasant personality especially Dr. Nandana who I was associated with. The night staff was very good. A little training in customer service shud be given to the reception on the floor and ground floor. No help from them and they keep chasing us up and down being senior citizens . They shud be trained to be more polite and helpful

Been on a visit to a patient here... hospital is clean with good Doctors n Nurses to abide to ur needs. Rooms with all facilities available here.

Dr. Venky Nevagi, he is a great Doc. He very understanding and listen to your concern, explained everything in detail. He suggested me the medication, and therapy I consulted him in 2014 that worked me very well till now I'm fit to work by grace of God (my profession is Chef) Bless you Doctor..

Coming from a doctor, I would not recommend the horizon pharmacy, since it's employees are not only stupid but are absolute heartless, unwilling to give necessary/lifesaving meds because they simply don't want to despite the priscription. Can you imagine denying meds to a doctor? And showing 2 different brands of same long term medicine and asking to purchase the expensive one because 'i don't have the permission to sell cheap one)

We had a great experience here. The doctor looking after my wife and baby were very supportive being it our 1st time. The staff is polite and always ready to help. The rooms are kept clean hourly. So be sure your in safe hands. Thank you so much you guys..

If you have money and want government facilities then this is best for you. Even government hospitals have chairs.

Absolutely wonderful caring staff and excellent doctors took great care of my father. Extremely grateful to Horizon Hospital Goa, Dr.Pravin Bhat and Dr. Desai and their staff for the timely treatment that helped my father recover from a very serious respiratory problem. Very unprofessional nurses. My father was in this hospital in the ICU but I am sorry to say that most of the nursing staff are either trainees or not professional nurses at all and I really do not understand how the administration can hire such staff that too for ICU where more critical patients are kept. The hospital owners should look into this, just to save money on salary you'll hire such incompetent nurses who are not fit for the job at all and in turn patients and their family have to suffer. Forget about professionally fit some of them are so rude in their speech and behaviour, cant understand why they chose this professional without having any compassion towards their job or patients. Secondly I would like to bring to the notice of the owners or whoever concern, My dad was discharged once he was alright and we asked for a ambulance drop to home. while going home the drivers used the siren, it wasn't a emergency situation but just to avoid traffic they had put the siren. This is one of the reason why people do not give way for ambulance when there is a real emergency. This should be taught to your drivers when hiring. Everyone is trying to reach first but this is so wrong.
