Wish I could give negative rating. Don't ever go here trust me. You'll regret coming to this center as it's the worst experience. Employees shout at you. They change parts without informing. They charge more than they should. There's no proper system to put a complaint. It's like they'll ruin your vehicle and make you pay more so you become like a regular customer to them.
Very bad experience. Employees don't know how to talk with customers. If you complain about something all of them will surround you and threaten you. Will make you wait for so much time even if your vehicle is ready. Absolutely worst experience ever in any service center.
3rd service is free but here without proper information of owner they have added extra accessories including air filter electric plugs and they are asking for money. I saw Very unprofessional behaviour by staff and guard. I suggest to never visit this service centre in future.
So rude and don't know how to service a scooty property. Just the next day after servicing my activa 125 it started leaking oil. And when asked they blame it on you and don't take the responsibility. And when you ask them to correct their mistake they'll charge you so much extra money. Don't ever go here if you love your vehicle and want your hard earned money to stay safe.
Pathetic experience. I gave them my motorbike at 11:00Am just for regular service but they returned my bike at 5:30 pm. Even for billing i had to run from one desk to another. When they handed over my bike there were mud splashes on the side of bike. Don't know how they washed it. Even oiling/greasing was not done on front brake lever and clutch lever.
Very poor service, no work, no work shop.
1 star rating is also higher rating for horizon honda service centre kokar ranchi , jharkhand,guys please be aware of this fraudster service centre,on 14july 2023 I went to this service centre for servicing then I saw that a person name Raju who work in service center took some one scooty for his personal use because he knew customer has left it for service and he is not here and in this case guard is also involved because he was the one who allowed him to go, u can check cctv of 14july2023 , timing between 9-11:30am.
Excellent gym with top equipment and great environment with good service and friendly staff..super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to athletes..
