They are fraud and I will explain how they cheat, before entering their shop please please check gold rate, because as per my observation gold rate they follow is different and more than anyone on earth, this way they say less making charge and however in effect they charge more than anyone would have charged. When I asked why they gold price different to others, they just have any right justification. Please please think 1000 times before you buy anything in Lalitha

The place was flooded with water after one single rain. Unplanned building sturcture, I felt pity for the housekeeping staff, they had put enormous efforts to prevent any customes from slipping on the wet floor.

All the design's and all is just wow But they does not provide any juice/coffe for the customes And the floor manager have to much of attitude towards the customers (please see to it )

Very horible experience they are frauds they take orders and make us wait for 3mnths and after we got the Jewell it was broken with six months please don't choose this and report this spam this is not the real Lalitha....they are goofers they spam customers and they give us and they force people put the monthly scheme and spam they give damaged products

Horrible Shop. Given order for gold bangles. They promised 40 days it's been 3 months they still have not given the delivery of bangles. They are fraud and consumer complaint should be raised against them. Looters. Fraudulent people. They eat your hard earned money

Less designs availability moreover they still provide manual Bills. Not sure why

Never sell your gold in Lalitha, they are fraud, they will deduct 10 to 15% gold weight by telling dust and purity. I have experienced this. It's better to go to bhima or some other reputed jewellery.

I have been to other Lalitha jewellery shops but this one lacks professionalism in all levels.. very rude behaviour ..
