Very rude behaviour of staff.. Don't prefer to visit in this hospital. If you want to waste your time then visit this hospital otherwise avoid to visit. Waiting time is 3 to 4 hours and any important patient then also 3 to 4 hours. Advice from my side avoid visiting hospital, Doctor is good but the staff behaviour is very bad.

Dr. was good but the appointment system was very poor .. every patient was waiting 2 to 3 hours.. receptionist was very rude..

staff and personally receptionist is very very rude, i don't know why this doctor still working with this receptionist, why you don't change it

Horrible staff !!! Please change them !!!The girl at reception needs to learn what politeness is? Its not too late to realize that she is wrong candidate for the work. She can keep showing her anger issues at her home and learn to deal what her work task is. Doctor is great and amazing diagnosis and treatment but I don't think i can visit this clinic again to experience the same rude behavior and disrespectful nature of the staff!!!

They are fraud don't take treatment charging more fees and also not prescribing medicines and also not picking calls after payment done

I'm giving only one star for the poor level of management inside clinic. Dr if you're listening us, Kindly note that your team doesn't value about time. Even if I come early and submit my file to the desk, I had to wait for more than hour which is ridiculous. Please change receptionist people or get them tution about how to value somebody else's time. This is my humble request to have some improvement in the area about appointment and time management. Now come to the treatment by doctor, I would say, doctor is quite experienced in his area and one of the best rheumatologist I ever met. Doctor's predictions are much accurate as well as results can be seen in shorter amount of time.

Dr is just third class and he don't know what is the meaning of appointment they give a appointment and never followed them own words or timing and make them place crowded. They just want to saw that they have lots of patients but I think they don't know the pain or what kind of suffer the patient have And Dr just give long term medicine cource which is not useful for many people At the and All staff and Dr is worst.. Please don't go with this Dr if you want results. And proper treatment... please

Dr. Is good , there is no doubt. This rating is for really poor management. Too much waiting line, even if you have appointment before 2 hours. "Appointment means you have to be present at that time" it's written over there...new definition of appointment. But still you have to wait for atleast 3 hours! Staff behaviour is also not good... always in angry mode. Well you have to be humble with patient. This is really loophole. Its My humble request to improve this.
