We took the services of hope hospital for the knee surgery of my mother. The entire process was very smooth . The surgery was done by an expert doctor (Dr.Krishna Kumar) and almost care was given to the heeling process . Cost of hospitalization was very nominal. I want to thank Dr.Anoop for leading the entire process from surgery to heeling of sergical wound . The best part is duty doctors are available online even after post discharge and are always willing to help . Hospital reception staff(Ms.Shifa) was very helpful in guiding us in insurance related formalities and was always helpful in general enquiries. I whole heartedly thank Hope Hospital for their support and expert services.

When my cousin experienced sudden stomach pain at 11 pm, we were grateful for the good service and assistance provided by the medical staff and doctor. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, quickly addressing my cousin's concerns and providing effective treatment. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised to discover that the cost of the care we received was very reasonable and not excessively burdensome. Overall, we had a positive experience and would highly recommend this medical facility to others.

Place is calm and clean. Staffs are kind. Given good treatment. Reasonable charges.

Went today for a zit checkup the doctor was professional attended me very nicely even the compounder was good. But the lady with specs at the reception desk was really irritating.. her tone of communicating was so bad like if you ask a question to her she will reply but with a tone like why you asked don't you know anything about hospitals..

Very Good Hospital for COVID treatment, excellent facilities. Nursing staff in training should be supported by senior nurses, other than that glitch, u are awesome and have most committed seniors doctors ( Dr. Sangi Reddy, Dr Anoop), junior doctors (Dr. Sowmya) and staff (Mrs.Kavita). Thank u all, for the handwork you take, for speedy patient recovery. Keep rocking .

One of the worst hospitals I have ever seen. Very rude doctor, doctors and nurse's behaviour is unacceptable.

Not even worth 1 star I went around 2pm with severe ear pain just for a painkiller injection. The Nurse or Doctor were least interested to even come and check me. From inside they told the security "sorry we can't check". And the security chased us out. The staff members were sleeping on patients bed and using phone.Didn't even bother to reply me

Hope hospital is one of the best neighborhood hospital, very nominal fee and great care for the patients. Dr Sangi Reddy sir especially is very compassionate. I have taken my mother multiple times be it for chemo port flushing, nail removal or any other minor procedures and help. All the times Dr Sangi Reddy sir himself attended and he doesn't stop at treating only the complaint. He goes through the entire treatment and suggests what could be the right regimen for my mothers cancer treatment. His words of encouragement for my mother is always helpful and he never backs from going extra mile to assure patients and provide his encouraging words. Coming to the support staff - one word is excellent. Whenever I go, they take care of my mother so well. I am most thankful to pharmacist who has always been very supportive. She has always arranged medicine and procedures just by calling her over. I would like to thank her on this public forum without any inhibition. other support staff such as head nurse, duty doctors and duty nurses are always very helpful. Hospital as such is not at all money minded is my opinion, I get the major treatments for my mother from a different hospital and I go here just for minor ones as it is close by. Irrespective of this, hospital always treated my mother very well and provided the best care.
