My daughter was treated here by Dr. Ameer. She recovered from illness and doing well now. Nurses are very good and Doctors explain everything clearly in counselling. 2 days they kept in NICU and as condition improved, we requested to shift in general room, which they did based on daughter condition. After 1 day in general, we got discharge. The cost was around 60K for 3 days. Overall satisfied with this hospital. Discharge process is little slow, I recommend management to make the discharge process faster.

This hospital is a waste. FULLY commercial. No proper treatment, no house keeping service, no proper response when we ask. The hospital is very basic,but the charges are too high. This is my first and last experience. And i have seen a maximum of 70% of patients and attender having the same problem that I have faced. Complete management problems. I advise not to admit.

I recently had a rather distressing experience at the hospital's night emergency department, and I feel it's important to share my concerns about the staff behavior, especially during a critical situation involving my 1-year-old daughter. Upon our arrival, we were shocked to find no one present in the emergency area. After waiting for a nerve-wracking 15 minutes, a male nurse eventually appeared wearing spects. His initial response was both unexpected and, frankly, quite disheartening. He sternly instructed us to remove the shoes from our baby's feet, emphasizing that she shouldn't carry any germs or dust. While cleanliness is crucial in a hospital setting, his delivery and attitude were less than empathetic. We inquired about the doctor, who was, to our amazement, sitting in another room.he went and called her. Dr. Deepti came and displayed a similar lack of courtesy and compassion. Instead of promptly examining our daughter or providing any immediate care, she merely scribbled down lab test orders and instructed us to wait for the results. We followed her instructions and gave the blood sample as advised, only to be told that we'd have to wait an additional 1 hour and 30 minutes for the test results. What leaves me deeply disappointed is the fact that, despite paying a substantial fee for medical attention and laboratory tests, we received neither proper treatment nor even basic medication. The entire experience with the night staff left much to be desired in terms of professionalism, compassion, and timely care. In times of crisis, especially when dealing with a child's health, one expects a certain level of understanding and efficiency from healthcare providers. Sadly, our experience fell far short of these expectations. I hope that this feedback can help improve the quality of care and compassion for patients in future emergency situations.

TQ so much for dear geetha sister for giving pure nd friendly treatment to my baby Shivansh, nd also bro. Syed u also doing well.. but the cost of treatment is too high. .. if hospital management also consider poor people financial status and give the concession to them they helped a lot...

Hospital management want only money.i baby got admitted for 2days in picu .and in total with Pharma and lab I got near 70k bill. More over after 2days they suggested me to change to another hospital as for another treatment.At the time of admission she was not on oxygen by the shifting to another hospital she on oxygen

The Hospital is good doctors are good, but Worst staff behaviour especially the security team, especially the person name Gaekwad Namdev. He behaves as if he's the owner of the building. Does not respect people visiting the hospital. When said that we'd talk to the management that person was okay go and tell. Its better if proper care is taken of such head strong fellows
