Currently living in hooliv ociana while studying law myself. Great place to live in noida, good food and clearer rather the cleanest of all other option available around the area. Maintained hygine and good gentry to be surrounded by.

My elder brother was staying here, Food is ridiculous and there is no hygiene provided by the management. Last year atleast 10 students are suffered due to dengue and all the students were asking for the cleaning of the hostel but the owner says "Me kya karu" in front of everyone. At least don't take your child in this hostel. And management takes alcohol most of the time. Suggestions to Students:- Please don't stay in HooLiv Ociana, they are doing business only with bad behavior .there is some rowdy peoples who will threat you always Now they will reply on this review like this is the fake review n all.

My cousin brother was stayed in HooLiv Ociana | Premium | Noida Sector 58 only for 7 days, we gave them 55000. At the time of booking, they said like they will give sharing room with your College mate, who is from CS-IT background, but after 2-3 days, they put him with another college guy who is from civil background. So He was asking for return the money back , But they denied, My concern is like my brother was staying there only for 7 days , why are you not giving the money back. ----------------------- Suggestions to Students:- Please don't stay in HooLiv Ociana, they are doing business only with bad behavior .there is some rowdy peoples who will threaten you always

Pretty terrible . This private PG in sector 58 Noida has harassed my younger brother ( who is a first year fresher), and not refunding the full quarters' PG fee even though the room was emptied within a week. They even asked guards to throw my brother off their place which is morally repugnant and terrible .I had to call the police to sort that out at that time.Their management is very rude and unprofessional. They show a different face when booking. It was very bad experience. I will never recommend this PG to anyone. Please don't fall in their trap.

Terrible experience with them, my cousin decided to stay there during his college but he just left after a month, because he got liver infection caused by having unhealthy and unhygienic food. And when my uncle talked to them they responded in a very unprofessional manner. Also my cousin was promised that he will be given room with college going guys but they adjusted him with the office going guys. And they drink and smoke in his room with warden. When he asked them to not smoke in his room then they scolded him. When he complaint to the management they didn't respond on this too.

They even asked guards to throw my brother off their place when he insisted for talking to higher management and refund which is morally repugnant and terrible and worrisome for me as guardian. I had to call the police to sort that out at that time.Their management is very rude and unprofessional. They show a different face when booking. I have also collected testimonials of many College Students who are scammed by this Hooliv PG, This has become a common pattern for these PG guys throughout NCR, and college students become victim , and at the end they start blaming students only. These are openly not afraid of any authorities, I have been trying to register my grievances with them for a month now, no action, rather they have told me "jo karna h aap karlo. Policy h". And tried to blame us, ki mene police kyun bulao, he said ki "pehle to de bhi deta ab ni dunga"

I've been staying at HooLiv (Noida) since past couple of months. Overall, it's a nice place to stay. Food is upto the mark & better than most of the PGs I've stayed in. The feedback mechanism is pretty good here. If you're looking for accommodation around Sector 58, it's the perfect place to stay in.

The worst hostel experience ever. Their concept of Hygene is below all standard. Even for basic services - usually free in every other hostel - you have to pay. The staff could do nothing to cancel my booking. Worst client service ever. I will never recommend this hostel to anyone.
