One of the best homestay in Kochi for the budget, no doubts at all. The place seems to be pretty famous in the area, everyone knows this place. The owner of this place is a sweet, kind hearted retired sailor, extremely friendly and more than ready to help you at any time, in any way possible. The place has two floors, the topmost floor has 3 rooms and is probably the best option. The first floor is really good too. Two wheeler parking available inside the compound. Food areas, churches, bike rentals, everything else is located at walkable distance. Overall, a really good place to at in Kochi, can easily stay here with no doubts.

We had a great stay here for 5 nights. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The host was very friendly and even served us black tea and local breakfast items in the morning which were delicious. Would definitely stay there again on another visit to Kochi.
Most welcoming and friendly stay we had in India. The person who owns it is one of the sweetest people we have had the chance to meet in our travel till now. About the rooms: Rooms are very clean. Bathroom and toitel facilities are almost brand new. Also very vey important, in the room there is NO mosquitos at all. Which is great coz you can sleep well. Bedhseets are all clean and they smell great. The area: Around here you can find restaurants, bars and art galleries. Also super markets are close by. I can't recommend enough
Average place for a bed and just sleep. It is a homestay however can be limited to your room. No access to kitchen and any other facilities. There are other rooms too where the living area is common. The plus is the location. If you are adventurous you can walk to the nearby site seeing places which is less than a km
Great place and people. I arrived late at night due to a flight delay and he was waiting for me to arrive. When I called him about the delay beforehand, he responded with a smile. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will recommend this place to all.
During my visit to Kerala, I stayed in this place. Very spacious and clean rooms in less price. Great place in affordable price. And special mention owner of this place is such a sweet and helpful gentle man.
A central place in Fort Cochin - all within a short walk of the hotel. The place is very clean and tidy. Very good and varied breakfast. The rooms are all air conditioned if you want air conditioning. The owner helps visitors and guides them throughout. Warm and homely atmosphere.
