The restaurant's customer service and meal quality weren't up to grade, and when we tried to eat the food after it arrived, it was absolutely tasteless; the server urged us not to come again at honest if you don't like taste then I went to the washroom after dinner, and it was really disgusting and dirty. I'd advise honest to 'Please improve your customer " - No sense of hospitality of entire staff - No any action from the manager -No food Quality -0 Customer Service

I have been to this outlet several times. I had mixed experiences regarding the service and the food quality at this restaurant. Although the food quality is not at all up to the mark as every item or veg preparation you order has the same taste. Once I ordered veg biryani and literally got pulav in the bowl and quantity of biryani, even though after complaining about it I got the response from the management that it's prepared in that way only. That was the worst and disappointing. The prices on the menu are also increasing ridiculously, and with respect to food quality that is a matter of concern. Better improve or just simply shut down.

Visited this amazing pav bhaji outlet Today just because of their famous name Honest. All the covid protocols were followed stricly. It's quite a small place with minimal decor.We tried many of their famous items. What we tried:- Signature dishes. Butter pav bhaji. Special Pulao. Butter masala paw (bhaji wala). Chilly garlic noodles . Punjabi fix thali. The food prepared was fresh and the quantity was upto the mark. According to the price and quality it was really good. I recommend Butter pav bhaji and special pulav. This two were my absolute favourite and too good. You can definitely give this place a try, won't disappoint you. Total cost of one person :200/-. acchaa lgaa to sher kro.

Day by day the quality of food is going down. Since last 3 Times, we have been ordering deluxe thali, sometimes chole bhature and other sabji but it seems the chef over here doesn't prepare vegetables on his own instead he uses ready to eat meals. The taste of every sabji you will eat would be like ready to eat masala mix. There is no authentic taste and no freshness of vegetables you will find in the taste of the dishes. I have complained this time and the manager said he will change the sabji but I asked him are you gonna make fresh sabji altogether or you will change the chef to which he replied nothing and we had to eat and pay for what was served. Truly disappointed. This way the hard earned name of this honest brand will spoil soon and they will have to shut down this business if customer reviews are not taken seriously and acted upon.

Not Following The Franchise quality and service standard. Cutting cost in Butter also. Put Very less compared to other Honest and when Complain they say It's been Melted.

Have been to this place a lot of times. Recently they changed their interiors and seating which is good but as far as food is concerned, it is pretty below average. I tried their mushroom and onion pizza which was not at all good.

Food quality is going down. They serve cold food including roti subzi and rice. Not worth spending money here. Not to come here
