HOMI BHABHA CANCER HOSPITAL & RESEARCH CENTER- MUZAFFARPUR - Cancer treatment center in Rasulpur Saidpur Bazid - Muzaffarpur, India

My elder brother is undergoing treatment for head and neck in this hospital, in which he was given chemo and the result is very good. Till now I liked the behavior of all the staff and all the doctors towards us. The response to the treatment of our elder brother has always been positive. That's why I would request and suggest all the people of Bihar that you just have to keep patience, your treatment will be correct and accurate here.

Good & experienced doctors but some nurses & other administrative staffs are rude & arrogant, they talk like uneducated layman. Patient & their families are already going through a lot after diagnosis of this disease. Talking to them politely & explaining things to them in normal way could be of great help to them. I acknowledge that to run any institution efficiently certain rules should be followed but a little softness in voice & politeness & compassion in the attitude can never hurt anything. Again doctors are super helpful & experienced, most of the nurses are also very kind but again there are few who needs to improve their behaviour towards the patient's & attendants.

Hospital is good ...but there is few main doctors for cancer treatment is available...so patients will have to wait for long time for treatment...bt overall that Hospital is good...and there staff members are good in nature

The staff are missbehaving very badly to patient, and they are not guiding the patient properly, some action should be taken to the all staff who is bound to help the patient as per requirment.

Biopsy machine not working due to this today biopsy of cancer patient not done. Cancer patient have already small life span and more of that spent in hospital due to its slow work of doctors...Sister's and nurses shared wrong updates . Due to lengthy work patient life is in danger in homi bhabha cancer sanstha muzaffarpur.... Hope improvement might be done.

Please improve your management's and sister behaviour polatly

This place is a boon for Bihar people which gifted by GOI. It is a sub branch of TATA MEMORIAL, MUMBAI and the same facility is providing here told by patient who either transfer from TMC or any other places. The staffs personal are good by nature and behaviour but The guard didn't allow me to click a single photo of this hospital. I couldn't understand if I took a photo of hospital what kind of disturbance will create?. Ok fine... It just only 6 km away from muzaffarpur bus stop. The hospital is on under construction, as we wish in future it will provide more powerfull treatment for Cancer patients. We wish for all to a healthy life and prosperous family. One question to all of you :- Please do comments after reading my question.. 1. Day by day number of cancer patients increasing and people are coming around of India or neighbour country. They expense money as well as time too. We demand to our respected GOI, the check up and registration should be happen on every block level, further any surgery or therapy should be happen on higher level. By this GOI will save time as well as money too of Cancer Patients. Please do comments more and more the voice could be reach to the higher authorities. Thankyou
