Homey Suites - Vizag Beach - Hotel in Visakhapatnam - Visakhapatanam, India

Homey Suites is in best location, if you are make two three days vacation plans for tourism trip, I have not rating rooms and services, it is your choice. I have two days trip with my little family, we can visiting all nearest best places!

Pros : 1. NIL.. Cons: 1. Worst Receiving 2. Worst Maintanence 3. Worst Service 4. Even if you can't get Drinking water here 4. No hygiene Rooms. Dirty dirty dirty rooms and premises. (In 48hrs room cleaning once also not done even dustbins cant be lifted) 5. Not Worth For the price 2500/- 6. The rooms are quite old. 7. The water in the bathroom does not come properly. Overall not good for family and friends. Not worth. I highly NOT recommend choosing this hotel based on different websites ratings.

I am very happy staying at Homey Suites. Rooms are good and spacious, Staffs are very well behaved and supportive. Especially, Mr. Sundar, the manager of the hotel is a very good and kind person. He helped us with everything during our stay. Would really like to stay here again, when I visit Visakhapatnam.

Condition of rooms are very bad. Rooms are not up to the standard. Rooms shown in the picture and in reality there is hell and heaven difference. Stuffs are not friendly and responsible person. I ordered food for my babies at 5 o'clock in the afternoon and they forgot to deliver it even I reminded them they were unable to send foods in my room. I called them three times in the reception. And at last at 9:00 p.m. they came and took the order again and they delivered food at around 9:45 p.m. when I came to the reception for check out at 5:30 in the morning. It was a early check out . Receptionist said that extra 500 needed. I ask the reason they said it is late check out charge. I remind the in that my check out timing is supposed to be at 10:00 a.m. I am doing early check out how can you say it is late check out. It was really a horrible stay for me and my family. I will not recommend others to book this hotel.

The stay was a nightmare, The rooms were awfully dirty, bathroom was uncleaned. TV wifi or intercom any amenities were unavailable. They can't even give you plates, cups or glasses all were half broken.

major problem is there is no buffet breakfast system , only you have south indian food choice , Room cleaning not happened daily , told them many times for room cleaning but no body listened here , Very poor experience .

We paid Rs500 for early check-in at 7:30 am. During early check-in they gave a room, there the flush of the toilet was not working. Telephone was also not working to call the reception for flush they said plumber will come today. We asked to change the room at 11 am they gave another room in this room we faced many issues - 1. Toilet sheet was very small in comparison to the commode. Check pictures attached. 2. Shower was not working at all,3. Exhaust fan of washroom was not functioning,4. TV remote was not available so we couldn't turn on the TV,5. Fan regulator was not functioning so it was working on full speed only. 6. Door of room was damaged little bit which was not my actual concern but that gave me look that they are kot maintaining the rooms. Although there were some good things which allowed me to stay in the room. - 1. Room & Washroom were clean, 2. They provided a very big wooden wardrobe 4 doors, 3. window was good for proper ventilation. 4. room was on 4th floor (401 number)5. Electricity back-up6. they have filter water (free of cost) in case you don't want mineral water (Rs25)7. Staff knows Hindi language8. They gave me contact number of rental bike service which is run by a young lady Komal Shri. But The rental service lost my original Adhaar Card, Komal promised to send my Adhaar by post within few days. I hope She will take it seriously and will send it by tomorrow. 9. Location is good, Kailashagiri is visible in front of the hotel from top floor.

Rooms are too small, no facilities are provided as mentioned and give an ordinary rooms under executives category. During my stay early this week, they asked me to book so that they can offer good discount, upon booking they offered me an ordinary room which is very small, the shower is not working, fan works at one speed only, no fan regulator available. Under the booking category they have mentioned as " Morning breakfast is complimentary", but they have not prepared untill i asked them, at around 9:30 am, then they placed an order outside. Overall very bad experience.
