Today i have visited home town showroom with family and it was one of our worst experience ever faced in my life. Secirity staff to salesmen nobody noticed us entering the showroom and sales girl looked at us and moved to other place without even asked what is our requirement. Then i asked the cashior about the wardrobe section. He said It is on first floor. Reaching there we found one saleman who seems ro be very busy making a bed and didnt notice us. We looked around and while going back we asked him about the wardrobe we are looking for. He said we dont have it and back to his bed making work. Unprofessional satff @ home town shop. I purcahsed products from Gharwakhiri
I shifted to Ahmedabad and got the entire stuff from there including everything Dining table ,chair,sofa, centre table, Tv cabinet ,bed ,side table and many other things.sofa costed us 1.35 lakhs but it's not comfortable at all and have started being worst in just one year time.bed was also not fitted properly which caused damage. All I can say is the products are overpriced and quality not maintained at all.

Pathetic Management. Never start and complete their work on time. After taking lots of money customers have to take the initiative to call them and request them to finish work. They don't know how to complete work within the customer's budget. Our experience is very very bad with them it's been around 3 months my work is still incomplete.
