The overall placement of furniture from living, dinning and bedroom furniture is good. But all the furniture are overpriced if compared to the durability and quality of the wood and materials used. Well a common man here will find very limited options.
I can only say that their reviews are doctored. Full payment in advance. Delivery not on time. And assembly is nowhere in sight. Time to stop buying from these big shops. They'll make you run around in circles, waste your time waiting for delivery, and then for service. They are not contactable except through call centre. My suggestion is......stay away from these biggies.
Parul Raval and Shivam Ojha helped us alot in the selection and understanding of the current schemes going on. Exceptional knowledge about the store and quick on feet is what makes these 2 a gem of staff and should be retained till the end.
It's not trustworthy, when we bought recliner sofa set we got commitment from sales person that any problem we guarantee life time service, so we had a problem one of recliner switch was not working & in 3 seat & 2 seater sofa stitching came out also the foam got deshape,so we called customer care for the same a carpenter was sent was not employee of hometown he demanded Rs4500/ to repair stitches and 1 switch charge charges Rs 1200/, so we had no option left to say no , so I don't recommend Hometown to buy any furniture items. Big NO to hometown for any purchase. Highly disappointed.
Hey Home Town, what amazing experience guys, had fun shopping, bought items worth 2.75Lacs and got 4 amazing Recliner seats for free each worth 50k and in the desired fabric options that they had, Parul Rawal was with me from picking up the first show piece till the last one, she was so kind & helpful and the rest of the staff also made it super quick for me & made my shopping experience super fun, they went running around for my stuff for almost 3 hours.
