Recently we ordered sofa and tea table on 17 July 2023 . They said it will take around 15 to 16 days time to get delivered. However till now we don't received the products . If we call there helpline number and customer care number No one is picking. There is no proper customer support and kind of information to the customers. It's sad such a well reputed company is neglecting customers. Yelahanka Hometown.

I had a gift card of home town and I went to home town to redeem the card but unfortunately has been expired to redeem. So I went and talk to the manager and his name is Shiva. He helped me to resolve the issue he took is time and spoke to his superiors and resolve the issue within no time. Thank you very much Shiva for your assistance.

Hometown yelahanka branch has good collection of home decoration items, gift and furniture. They provide modular kitchen service also, they do have model kitchen to experience the real time kitchen. Staff extremely helpful to explain the queries. They have scented candles, bed sheets, lot many gift items. Price also reasonable. It isvone of the best place in yelahanka surrounding areas to purchase furniture.

One of the worst customer service. We got recliner sofas(3+2) with so called life time warranty and sofa is saging after just five months. When we call the store manager Saleem says we need to speak to the upholsterer. What is the role of manager here? Please do not waste your hard earned money by buying furniture's from HomeTown, Yelahanka, opposite RMZ.

Booked dining table and chairs last week. Got delivery of two damaged chair. Been a week since I raised complaint with customer care and after 1 week home town Yelahanka is calling and asking for pictures. They have still not bothered replacing the damaged chair. Poor quality and poor customer service. Case ref: 01750235

Really had a bitter experiance. Designer Abhishek just assumed things and took for granted. Resulted in lot of hassle for us. Finally had to get things done by myself. Issue 1: he just assumed we asked for aluminium handles though we clearly mentioned for black. Had to do lot of discussion to finally know that it's not possible to change now. Issue 2: designer asked for granite not to be fitted by builder. Now they ask me extra money for getting it fitted by them. Be careful with final signoff. Make sure every thing is clear. Only then sign it. Though we mention different other minor works, they don't add all. So they can reduce the shown amount. But at the end they will ask for each minor work later and they charge a lot. Colors are very limited w r.t laminates. I went for gloss options. They don't have much executions or different designs to show customers.

Worst customer service..no stock or collection at all..they dont know about rules of exchange or credit policy.. they do not help customers at all Do not visit the store at alll
