Amazing place. Very very neat rooms; Calm residential area. No traffic disturbance. The manager and caretaker are very nice.

Awesome experience. Very neat & clean and worth of money. Didn't feel that i was away from home in terms of amenities & hospitality. Love to stay again and without a second thought i would recommend to everyone if someone wants a homestay instead hotel experience.

Simply to cut it short I would rate it 6/5. 5 is not enough in all catagories. The day i checked in ,unfortunately that very day the wife of the property owner had expired but still there was no flaw and the comminication was smooth. Happened to call at reception for my luggage at the tine of check out but was not picked up and then I called up at the mobile number I had. It was picked up by the ownder and said he would send someone and apologised for the delay as his wife had expired due to which he thought his customers were in discomfort whereas it was not. RIP Mam. Excellent stay and would always like to stay here whenever ill visit ludhiana. Had breakfast, it was awesome.Mouth watering Gobhi paranthas. I would request all to visit this property atleast once. The only problem is that there is parking limitation which can be ignored.

had a wonderful experience at Home stays Ludhiana. excellent property and with close proximity to all high end malls. Rooms are wonderful, clean and perfect for a comfortable stay. icing on the cake is the home cooked food which you get here and staff goes beyond our expectations to help. Much appreciation for Mr. Anil Gupta (owner) for maintaining high standards of hygiene throughout. i would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfy home environment away from home.

We found this place on the net and had thought that it will be a real homestay. It's not actually. It's a house modified to a B&B hotel. But truth be told, it's very nice. The owners have good taste. The rooms, beds, furniture, bathroom, fittings, dining area are tastefully done. I would say that @1800 Rs per day with complementary breakfast it's quite reasonably priced. Parking is not a problem. The lane where it is located is quiet and spacious. Overall ambience is very nice. They have a kitchen where veg meals are prepared on order. We didn't eat there. We explored non-veg eateries nearby. There are multiple options within 1/1.5 km radius including 2 big malls with food courts. All popular brands are present there. However, they do serve egg in breakfast. A father son duo look after cooking, housekeeping and other chores. I wish they were little more interactive and friendly.

Great place to stay in Ludhiana. It is a Homestay on paper but the place competes with a lot of budget hotels in quality and service. Everything has been paid attention to while building the space and serves a function. The owner is very friendly, alert to cater to your every need. The breakfast we had was very homely and delicious.

A nice place to stay. Newly built and hygienic place. Better than any hotel. location is good and calm and inside residential area. Couple of Malls r very near and a park too.. Owners are very cooperative. I had breakfast only and food quality is good ....I stayed at balcony room and it was good.. the rooms are neat and new ....will stay here again..

Stayed there for 2 nights, 28th and 29th March; 22. Clean Rooms, Well maintained property, The area is calm, though a bit out of the main city. Homely food, but they can make it better in terms of taste. Breakfast was much better than dinner ( Dinner was bland with half cooked vegetable). Overall a good experience. Staff is good. But with some little extra money one can get good hotels with all services in Ludhiana.
