This home stay is near to railway station, the rooms are very clean and people in reception and service are very helpful. The receptionist arranged travels for us to our temple visit in reasonable price. This is a perfect place for family who plans to visit temples nearby.

We had stayed for a night with group of 2 families. The location is in centre of the city which is easily accessible. The people are kind enough to suggest the hotels nearby, they even listed the temples to visit nearby. Rooms are so clean & tidy. Highly recommend.

Ideally located very near Mahamaham tank. Clean rooms,bath & toilets. Friendly staff. Though the name is homestay not all rooms have kitchen facility. Some rooms are typical hotel like. They provide towels, soap & water bottle. Have space for covered parking for 2 cars. Ideal place if you want to visit Kumbakonam temples.

Komiya Inn is strategically located in Kumbakonam town with easy access to all temples and touristy spots. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, air conditioning and heaters are in good condition. Highly recommended place to stay

Our family went to Kumbakonam from Chennai to worship our family deity. As it was a weekend we tried to get hotel accommodation for night stay. But our regular hotelier expressed inability as all rooms were full. I tried some other hotels but of no use. Since I was accompanied with my daughter in law and grand son of one year we cannot get accommodation in different hotels. As I had worked in gulf I was aware of service apartments and I was in doubt whether Kumbakonam has such facilities. While I was searching in internet I came across this homestay kommiya inn and I booked it . I thought I was taking serious risk because I never had any idea about this homestay and we are senior citizens. But to our surprise the homestay is in the city centre near Mahamaham tank and the apartment is having a reception hall with two spacious AC rooms and another non AC room with single bed . All facilities including AC , heater ,TV are all in good working condition. I recommend that for family of 4 to 5 you can stay in homestay as it is very cost effective and also having all facility but no kitchen. My grandson enjoyed it as it is similar to our flat.

Very nice place to stay with family. Nice living area and separated bedrooms. Clean bathrooms and linen. Staffs are very helpful. They guided us the temples route.
