They first accepted my request, gave me an order id and said order accepted and in processing but no one came to location or called. Then when i tried to reach out, they messaged, asked for details and said service not available in my location. It will be cancelled. This is after the booked slot time has already passed. No apology nothing. Extremely disappointed with service and behaviour.
I had very bad experience. Beautician was not available at the time slot which I booked for. I got revised time slot and during that time when I called for confirmation, she said she is heading towards the location which she interprets very wrong. I wasted my full day in taking follow ups. So ultimately i had to cancel my appointment. Iso i would not refer this to anyone.
They get 3 star because Only the waxing went well. Otherwise Nothing mentioned in the package was done.. i was supposed to get a skin tightening or a fruit clean up.. the beautician used charcoal clean up. I was supposed to get a classic mani-pedi what i got was a soap wash on the hands and legs and scrubbed with hard plastic brush. The nails were cut unevenly and absolutely no products were used. When i asked the beautician why did you not use any product, she says no we don't use products in classic mani-pedi then what did i pay for exactly?? Only the waxing was good but overall not worth the money i paid.. UC or a local parlour is much better even if you book their classic or basic services.
No professionalism. They took appointment for an event I was organizing for my kid's birthday. No one showed up and they did not even pick up the call at the allocated slot. I would not recommend this to anyone. Worst experience ever
