Completely commercial, till the payment they will act so nice. I have joined here for back pain it's been more than 2years and 4 doctors has changed during this period the prob is still same.Don't know whether they are trying to do experiments on me because they asked me to go to 5th doctor and give a try. If they keep on experimenting just days will pass on I will loose my money, they loose nothing. My son also treated for adenoids and tonsillitis. When we started the treatment with Homeocare his problem is moderate, after 11months treatment problem became high. Instead of betterment they became huge and the infection spread to ears too, now doctors are suggesting for surgery because the airway was almost blocked, he is just 5 yrs old. If you choose for courier facility definitely they will show you hell, I have raised many complaints but nothing changed issue persists. They will be rude&harsh and treat you as a insane if you ask back for any information/records. If you go to allopathy you will have a file maintained with you with all the information if you need them in future but here except that payment for package nothing will be with you. If you look back for the treatment information of 2 to 3 years you will find nothing in your head. They will give commitments before the payment after that no one stand on it & no one take the responsibility. If you contact support team via chat after explaining everything this they will read all simply ignore and again the same executive will sent a new note "welcome to Homeopathy, how may help you". I have proofs of this conversation too, but no one need it no will take action. Sometimes you will get sarcastic replies too. After more than 2years of this, I don't have any information in my hand & my problem is not solved. More than 2 years of valuable time and hard earned each penny went to vein. I have trust on homeopathy but not on Homeocare International. I am not happy with Homeocare I have lost trust on Homeocare International. Nothing worth.
