Substandard Products and Negligible/Worst ever After-Sales Service by HomeLane Vizag I feel compelled to share my horrible experience with HomeLane, that has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. I hope my review serves as a warning for others who might be considering their services. My troubles with HomeLane Vizag began shortly after the installation of wardrobes and a kitchen. While the sales process was seemingly smooth, my excitement quickly turned into shock as I noticed the substandard quality of the products provided. The wardrobes and kitchen that I had invested a significant amount of money in started showing signs of damage within just three months of installation. What made me even angrier was that HomeLane's customer service didn't take responsibility. Even when I tried to reach out to them many times, they didn't seem to care or respond. It became evident that their customer care was woefully inadequate and unresponsive. It's clear that their focus is predominantly on acquiring new projects, with little regard for customer satisfaction and after-sales service. Moreover, the mental trauma I endured from constantly following up with HomeLane only added to my frustration. The never-ending cycle of reaching out, explaining the problems, and receiving empty promises and excuses was not only time-consuming but also emotionally draining. It felt like I was begging for the service that I had paid for, and the complete lack of empathy or urgency on their part was disheartening. One of the most infuriating aspects of my experience was their inability to provide technical support when needed. Despite the issues with the wardrobes and kitchen, HomeLane does not even have a local technician available to address complaints. They repeatedly offered the excuse that they needed to bring a technician from Hyderabad from last 3 months, which was not only inconvenient but also exposed their lack of preparedness for addressing customer concerns. Moreover, the initial project itself was far from satisfactory. Some essential parts were either missing. When I inquired about the progress of the missing parts, I received no updates or information regarding when I could expect them to be rectified. This lack of transparency and follow-up only added to my frustration. In summary, HomeLane Vizag not only provides substandard interior products that deteriorate rapidly, but their after-sales service is deplorable. They are more interested in securing new projects than in ensuring customer satisfaction. The absence of local technicians and their repeated delay tactics only serve to underscore their incompetence in addressing customer concerns. I strongly urge anyone considering HomeLane Vizag for their interior needs to save their hard-earned money and look elsewhere for reliable and quality services. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I hope this review serves as a warning to others considering their services.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at the interior showroom! The attention to detail, vast selection, and expert guidance provided by the staff made the process enjoyable. The end result exceeded my expectations. Five stars!

very bad project management. The take all the money before starting the implementation. But as the implementation started the site manager has no responsibility to check how work is going. He came on 1st day and again on final day, only to get the ratings. They said it will complete in 1.5 months. But took 3 months to close the project and there were many snags and crosses in the woodwork implementation left which were not resolved even after 6 months I have to keep calling them reminding them. but no proper response from them. Since money is already paid. There is nothing for us to do apart from waiting for them to respond. They close the project saying implementation is done, and that's it. We have no control over it. If taking the project with Homelane, make sure close all snags before giving any ratings. And try to not pay the full amount ahead, as after that you will not be able to do anything if any work is pending from their side.

Good Hospitality, Panchuality and On Time Response, Good Quality and Value for money Product range. Overall Experience is Good.

Sales & installation teams are very responsive to close the deal. All the doors(quoted as waterproof material) in the kitchen are spoiled in 6 months. If we call vizag homelane team. They simply redirect you to support. It's been more than two months, the issue remains as is. I strongly suggest checking for the post installation support before considering Homelane.

The service provided is worst. They take months together to finish the work. They do not respond to the query . The site manager is purely irresponsible. They take days together to coordinate within themselves. Either the plumber or carpenter or xyz is always not there and the work would be post poned. We feel it's wastage of time ., money and energy. Really tired of making multiple calls to manager and to follow up , if they are coming to work or not each and every day. And they ask you to pay before hand or else the material can't be shifted.
