It's bit rude to give one star despite your nice service ..I am giving this one star because you have annoyed me enough by calling me every day. If I reject your call from one number you would call from some other random number . It irritates me a lot .Especially when you are on a serious work and getting this kind of silly call !I don't want to get rude with your employees for calling me as I know that's their work .. please it would be great if you people stop calling ..you can message me if needed.if I have some purchase I will surely call.no need to remind me of things I should do and I should buy.please don't disturb me with the calls .thank you.

Worst in town. Placed my order on Saturday and they said will deliver on Monday. Upon calling they said they will call me back and this continued till Tuesday. Still I haven't received my order.I can confirm that all the negative reviews here are true. Kindly avoid ordering from here.

We ordered 2 packets of 250 g Lion Arabian Dates with offer buy 1 get 1 free...Delivered only 2 packets. We enquired this for about 1 week through text msgs,watsapps and phone calls. Always they were telling wil give on next day. So many next days passed didnt receive. Now they are telling you go and give complaint. Not at al responsible work. Didnt expect this from a brand like you. Wont recommend...

When I first learnt of this place, was very excited and happy to have a service like this available in Thrissur. However it turned out to be a huge disappointment!! If you are expecting Homedelivan to make your life hassle-free, you are in for utter frustration! 1. Very poor variety of products. Esp in the groceries and non-food sections. And even many of the items displayed on their site are not available. 2. When I ordered vegetables, half of the onions were rotten!! Didn't have the courage to order vegetables again! Haven't had the courage to order fish / meat from them 3. They often deliver the wrong items too. 4. They are not keen on providing the ironing service alone. They call it a "value -added service" provided when you order other products from their site. In other words, they are interested in providing ironing services only if you buy other things from them! 5. The lady who attends the calls is extremely irritating and pesters you to buy things again and again. She calls at the most awkward times and frequently too, and even if you politely tell her not to call, she persists. They may think that it's good business tactics. However keep in mind that for some people like me, that kind of behaviour just makes them want to avoid them altogether! On contacting the authorities, the explanation they give is that they are "updating their online database". Agreed, maybe...but seriously, before embarking on such a venture the minimum things you should ensure are good product quality and customer care. After these are ensured you can "update" as much as you please!!!

Very bad service in ironing. One pc was missing while the dresses were returned. No one bothered to deliver it to me the next day. Neither did they informed me of their inability to deliver it. In case of fruits and vegetables quality is below average

The worst home delivery solution. Pls..it's a humble request...don't depend on them. They don't have any responsibility. Even that single star is more than enough.They don't deserve any star at all.

Better to go and buy from a super market than buying fruits and vegetables from this. I think most of the super markets too deliver items to home without much delay. The people who carry on this business doesn't have the efficiency. Most of the vegetables and fruits will be rotten. Have experienced.

Never got delivered the product which is ordered via website nor received any call. In the Website it's mentioned that irrespective of the price of items , all will be delivered . Worst service provider . Don't buy and wait for them to deliver it . Better go for alternative .
