The quality of food is good. But the waiters are very insensitive and not committed. A previous reviewer has commented about the poor quality of service 1 year ago and still the service quality has not improved and it's very average. Ambience is amazing but the mood gets dampened due to the service quality. The lady waiters are rather more attentive and cordial. I think that most of the customers are staying in the hotel and are visiting the restaurant for complimentary breakfast only. So there's no chance of tips for the waiters . Which could be a reason for their attitude . The management can do something about that . The quality of food and the ambience only attracts people especially the local population i think.

It's their 2nd branch in the city. The quality and quantity of the food is fantastic and always a craving, the ambiance is much better than their 1st branch and very spacious as well. It's great for a family and friends dine out on occasions. They have to improve their service quality though. The waiters and servers don't even know what are the items available to serve etc., is a major negative aspect in this type of business. I hope they get away with it faster. Parking lot is adequately spacious.

Worst experience. We ordered butter chicken, but the gravy was so bitter, and the chicken was stinking. When we asked the server, he casually said it's cooked in mustard oil, and that's why the taste is like that, as if we had never had food cooked in mustard before.
And the next day i was admitted in hospital coz of food poisoning
