Home Centre is a very lavish furniture store where you will find the latest designs from all over the world. They have elite ideas to decorate your home fabulously. The quality of each and every product is very good. The store has managed quite elegantly especially with light effects. Though their prices are on the higher one, one must visit before buying from anywhere else.

I purchased all furniture from Home centre (recliners, Dining table, dining chair, other chairs, bed, tables) worth 4.48 Lacs. They gave me dining table with defect in color (white table but looks yellow) all other items from same set looks white. It is looking odd in house. We requested them many times to change the table or just top of the table and give us the matching one but they refused to change the product. They sent someone to inspect the same, he checked the product and said that there is difference in the color, it will get replaced, but today I again got call from home centre saying we can not replace it. Even the madam on the call said that its natural stone where as the table is made of Tempered Glass. What an excuse to fool customer. Cost of the table is Rs. 40850/- and not its useless for me. attaching the pictures of the table I am highly disappointed with home centre and their team. Would not recommend them to anyone as they don't have value for customers money. The policy if not user friendly at all. Never expected this kind of service from such a big brand.

Had a terrible experience with Home Centre. I bought a chair from Homecentre, they delivered a defective chair. I have asked for replacement. I have called the customer care so many times but no response came. Once they came to replace the chair, that too was defective one leg was smaller than the others, it wasn't balancing. Its been over a month after delivery of the defective chair. I also went to the store to complain. They didn't give any efforts to that or find out the problem in their system. Home centre has all shiny items but after sale service is pathetic. The system is still not updated. Customer care helpline is even worse. And their standard answer for every query is, " we will get back to you soon". That soon never comes! So if you want to pay for a piece of furniture and never want it delivered or want a part delivery, then go ahead choose home centre! To say Home Centre is such a big chain and provides class facilities, I was way let down with my first buy from them. They too provide fake products in the name of their brand and then let the customer suffer with it! Don't ever buy any product from Home Centre. Their products are of cheap quality especially their furniture. Absolutely ridiculous set of customer service and they don't even bother to refund money on time. Their call centre executives are even worst. They keep you on hold and don't transfer call. Never buy any furniture from them. If choice was available I would have rated them negative. Horrible experience all around.

Maybe since it was weekday everyone was in the chill mode. With the upcoming festive season, lots of stuff added. However the display was not that great. The garden/Indoor plant section has lot of variety and at good price.

Home centre, literally a huge store for home furniture and decor. Keep at least two hours in hand if you want to explore it. They have huge collection of readymade bedrooms, living rooms and kitchen with price tags attached to every single piece. You can see crockery, decor items like vessels and flowers etc. Staff is less but service is polite and prompt. It occupies huge space and has big logo hence easy to notice. I recommend this gallery if you are looking for elite and quality items for your home and you are ready to spend little extra for it.

Located in Viviana mall this is one of largest stores with variety of home decor items and furniture. You can get all type of furniture's like sofas recliners dinning tables tv units etc, kitchen items likes dinner sets spoons jars pans etc and items for washroom basically everything used in household. They have setup living room and bedroom models according to budget which helps in giving idea how the showpiece or decor item will look and also gives ideas to decorate your houses. Just be careful while shopping don't break or damage this as they charge for same Billing counters are also not crowded like other shopping stores and staff is polite as well.

We had purchased almost all the furniture for our new house from home centre in the year 2019. Out of which the modular kitchen was worth rs 200000 and all of a sudden one day my whole crokery unit fell down along with all the crokery it was such a huge loss for us after we contacted for the replacement or refixing the unit they asked us to pay a high amount of 10000. Now that we want to sale off the sofa purchased from home centre we are not able to even get rid of it in scrap. Such bad products.. very upset

Fabulous and rich collection. Much better than bland designs of Ikea. Vibrant colours, ethnic print designs, great furniture. Overall a perfect home centre!!
