Received broken cups and immediately I dropped a mail to them. To my disappointment noone got back to resolve this issue. I called customer care services too the girl checked the mails send to them for the same and convinced me that there is some issue going on and mails are held up.i trusted her and kept waiting...it's been almost a month that I am repenting shopping from them. My money got wasted and these people aren't bothered....it's always better to shop from Amazon as those people have never disappointed in any which way
