This place was recommended by the family. And it didn't disappoint. We were looking for a specific sofa set for a while now, and got it here! There were some deep discounts, when we went, and was able to get an additional discount (not to big, but ample over the existing offer.) The delivery was prompt and time bound. More important - the USP I loved - when the product was out for delivery, we were unable to get in touch with the delivery partner. The store guys were prompt to check and let us know, when we enquired. This was a first from anywhere in the recent past!! Product quality is great.

This is a good place to buy home decor, crockeries, bed and kitchen items. We've bought cups, plates, bedsheets, kitchenware, oil containers etc. from here and are very satisfied with the quality of the items. The price is a little on the higher side. This store also has a furniture section but most of the items there are of ply or engineered wood & are extremely costly for the same. They do have exchange and home delivery for furnitures. Overall, it's a nice place to buy home decoration and utility items from.

The staff is very lazy to explain things. They have biased preferences to those who have dressed well. First of all had to wait five minutes to understand the price of an item and then the attendant just ran away.Didn't explain anything to me about the furniture. I guess just pricey store with poor customer experience..

Good place for furniture and home improvement. There are a lot of things which are at reasonable prices but a lot of things which are expensive too. Overall the quality is good. They also have model rooms. All kinds of furnitures are available. They also provide huge discount. The home decor collection is very pretty. Staff is polite and cooperative

The staff in this particular home centre store do not care about the customers at all. I wanted to buy a sofa and called a staff member, but he was not interested in explaining the product or the pricing to me. He literally ran away in the middle of the conversation. If he had shown any interest in telling us about the product, we would have bought it right away. I did not expect this kind of behaviour from such a reputed company. I am very disappointed.

Extremely Rude Behaviour with Customer from a person working at Home Centre Seawoods. I have purchased with Table and Chair from Home centre Seawoods with full payment. And i just called in the store for timings flexibility and consideration but the way an employee speaks to a customer is extremely pathetic unexpected way of talking from such a brand like Home centre. Not a cooperative experience on the phone. Wouldn't never buy products from Home Centre again. Extremely disappointing experience
