Very poor quality wood and bad workmanship. I bought a 6 seater wooden dining table with 6 chairs mid April 2023 and within less than 3 months the legs of the chairs broke. Two chairs suddenly broke when we were eating and we fell on the floor and sustained injuries. The wood inside is very poor quality with no strength bearing capacity. This is unacceptable and we demand immediate return and refund of this dining set. The sales manager in R-city Mall Ghatkopar, Mumbai Mr Rohan Singh is of no help. He doesn't even pick up his phone after he sold the poor quality item. Home Center has duped us with a very inferior product that costed us around Rs.70,000/-. I will advise buyers to be careful before buying from Home Center.
I would say this is overly priced place. No wonder you get real good products and some amazing ones things that would add grace and decor to your home. You would get all stuff from planting artificial to tools, to candles to lanterns to kitche ware to bedsheets to accesories and all here. I think they should not cluster things it's really too congested at certain areas. I didn't like few staffs behaviour kinda not interested to sell things and all. Rest products and all are above par
I was pleasantly surprised by the home decor and kitchen items selection at the mall. They had a wide range of stylish and functional products to choose from. I like this place, merchandise here is superb specially the kitchenware and linen section. One must visit once, although it's very expensive store but you will like the design of their products.
