Pathetic Service!!! Ordered products and weeks after weeks they keep changing the delivery date. I wouldn't prefer this store to anyone. There are 100 other online stores which provide much better service. They have the laziest customer care agents and logistics team. Even after the products reach their warehouse, they find it lazy to do the delivery. This is what I have been informed from the customer care agent. Kudos the HomeCentre Team for offering such a brilliant service.

The store and the choices available are pretty good but it's wiser to not purchase from here. Their service is the worst compared to other sellers. You will have to keep on contacting their customer care for weeks just to hear that they understand your concerns and that the technical team will contact you. It's been a month since I have been contacting their customer care for getting a recliner repaired which is also within the warranty . There are many other furniture retailers in town which offers similar options and PROMPT SERVICE.

I felt very happy to see Home Center inside Forum Mall. I felt even further happier when I saw garments inside Home Centre. . Then I saw discount offer display that I get cash discount of Rs. 999/- on purchase of Rs.5,000/- on the Indian Terrain section. So I took two trousers from Indian Terrain to avail the offer. But when I went to cash counter the system is not showing any discount on the purchase. I said it very well printed there. They had a silly excuse the lady who handles the section is sick today and they are helpless. I dropped the purchase plan and came out of the store. Please anyone reading this make sure you check with the cashier before. I checked with the cashier before billing that I could not get trapped in their trap.

Excellent collection. All that is required for home available. Great prices. Poor customer care. The service guys don't show any interest in explaining to customers. Constantly involved in chit chatting with each other. Writing this after poor experience during two visits 2 months apart. Probably covid made them lose touch with customers.
