At the time of booking he showed pictures of some othe property near prem mandir but then changed it to some place cheap saying last minute changes happend. He charged almost double from me saying for weekend rates. The place was really pathetic and even the manager himself said that this is a cheap budgeted property. After chasing him for this he just gave false hopes of discussing it with the manager which never happened. Later he switched his phone off. First and worst experience with him.

Excellent service best service provider We just ask for temple information to Mr. Siddharth sharma he was so much friendly and working for devotee by there guidence we getting very much importance in temples his network is very strong our family getting VIP Entry in bankey Bihari temple I just having one line Holy Tripadvisor company owner just made our Day if some one want to visit hotel direct contact to siddharth sharma for good guidence.
Worst place worst staff and especially Mr. Siddharth.....i made booking of 3 rooms 20 days earlier than my checkin date but this fraud property did asked me to oay the token money and even Booking.com is not supporting us in that case..... Do not make any payment to this hotel and this man they are really really frauds and just faking their profile.....Pleas guys i suggest not to opt this place.
Pathetic customer support also the mentioned location is wrong they just try to attract customers with false location. I did my booking they at last time they said sir we have changed your location but the reality was their was no such hotel exist near prem mandir.

Although service was good. Room were not upto mark. No cleanliness. Water issues. It is located slight at outer. You can find many good hotels at same rate very much in centre of city. No restaurant in 800 mtrs.
