Holy Promise Hospital - Private hospital in Patna - Patna, India

It's my humble request to everyone not to go to Holy Promise Hospital nor Pristyn care. The scene is completely 180deg opposite before surgery and after surgery. They will make you bankrupt. They charged me 94 thousand before surgery they said 50 thousand. Even they don't give a detailed bill. So, don't go to these frauds.

Fraud, Scamster, Never go through prystn care they are Scamster .First of all they will ask for higher price for a simple operation. After that they will not provide any adequate service.for my hernia surgery they have said they will use Johnson and Johnson mesh which will cost 40k but they have use Lotus medh which cost around 2k . Also when asked they will not give any problem solution. Once you get admitted you'll be scammed and fooled . Also during discharge they don't assign any cab. My medical coordinator alok was a real scamster.definetly gonna file a case in consumer court against them

All the medical staff are soo supportive and quick in their services. And also medical expenses are not soo high. And it's soo clear and hygienic

Very bad experience with this hospital. Never recommended to anyone. Non-Experience doctor and at start they will add many non-demanded many type of check up . And charge is very high. Never go to this hospital.

Very good Hospital having a team of senior doctors and advanced medical equipments

Management are good. Night shift nurse is carefull and active all night to see all patients but morning shift nurse is a bit careless

Very worst management ..I have doubt on the credibility of doctors...staffs are misbehaving with patients...I would not recommend to visit this hospital..

It is very good and wonderful experience for senior citizens experience,like me.Pristyn care peoples help us on every stage of treatment.
