The hospital is a large establishment with numerous departments and a 24/7 Casualty section. Its premises are exceptionally well-maintained, featuring a commendable pharmacy. Moreover, it stands as one of the notable healthcare facilities in close proximity. The medical practitioners and nurses are highly skilled, while the entire staff is notably helpful and friendly. The hospital is equipped with advanced machines for checks. Additionally, the hospital offers canteen services for tea and snacks and Visitors can conveniently access a South Indian Bank ATM, and there is ample parking space available. I think there is an new block that has recently been added. While the expenses may be slightly higher, I feel the services are good. Personally, I have had the opportunity to visit the hospital on three occasions, and based on my observations, it is indeed a remarkable establishment. A Common Man Review

I had a fantastic experience at this hospital. The staff was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate. From the moment I entered, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The doctors and nurses were thorough in explaining my treatment plan and addressing all my concerns. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this hospital for anyone seeking top-notch medical care in a comforting environment.

The feeling of not being a patient and being treated with all care is probably the best thing a patient would want. Very reputed and old hospital with all department available. Visited Dr. Ansal J Boban, Paediatrian is very good doctor. Behaviour is good. He patiently investigate the kids thoroughly and given the medicine.

This hospital is the worst place to visit due to its abysmal time management. I had scheduled an appointment with a physician today and have been sitting here for the past 3.5 hours, even though my token number is 28. The doctor disappeared for rounds in the middle of the outpatient clinic and returned only after an hour and a half. There are elderly patients waiting here, and there seems to be no organized order for calling people in. There's a complete lack of transparency regarding which token is currently being called, causing people to argue and fight in front of the doctor's room. Frankly, a fish market seems more organized than this chaos. Ironically, I approached the Public Relations Officer, Mr. J**** J***, to address this issue, and his initial response was that there was nothing he could do about it. I can't help but wonder about the qualifications of the people in charge here. This is a perfect example of a situation where responsibility for change lies with the hospital, but they either fail to act or lack the capability, opting instead to shift blame onto others. There are undoubtedly many talented individuals who could do a much better job if given the opportunity. Don't deflect your own shortcomings onto your customers and patients. I believe this hospital is making a desperate attempt to appear busy by creating such long wait times, and it's risking the health of patients during these trying times. You come in for treatment for back pain and leave with a potential viral infection. That's the unfortunate reality here. The lesson learned is that it's worth traveling an extra 20 minutes to find a better hospital where you can receive proper treatment and save an hour of your valuable time. My sympathy goes out to the top management of this hospital.

One of the good hospitals nearby. * Physicians are good. *Orthopaedicians are also good, but some of them are named as sports specialist but I don't feel that way when we approached them with back pain and knee injury. *ENT specialist is good and friendly. *Toilet and tea and snacks facilities. *Digital x-ray available. *Palliative care center. *South Indian Bank ATM inside. **The nurse at the casualty for dressing is not an experienced one! ( In my experience). **Billing and medicine counter is always busy. **Parking space in different areas. *Average canteen. *Enough ip rooms.

Worst experience. The staff in the front desk and the staff in the dental op did not give accurate information. Had to wait a long and finally dropped the plan of consulting the doctor.Went with small children, waited in front of dental op for one and half hours even though the token number was 4. Aftr a long wait, realised that the staff has no intimation about our consultation. When asked about the expected time for consultation, the lady in the dental op did not have an idea about it and stated again it take time again Waste of time, money
