A good hospital with good atmosphere. Caring and treatment are good. Many specialist doctors, well attended staffs. Especially the staff in the ICU were very helpful. Yesterday I talked with Dr. Sudheer, Dr. Sayed, Cardiologist Dr. Cherian ENT Dr. Rajesh & Dr. Sivadas etc...Everyone behaved politely except Dr. Sivadas. Dr. Sivdas may be a good doctor. But his questions and talking are in the old police style. Kindly Interact with a little love and respect with patients and bystanders who comes in various medical/ mental conditions. Thank you

Actually I read a previous review and I have to say the same... casualty here is a joke , I am waiting in casualty since last 2 hrs.... No doc turned up , I am a pregnant lady and I am in severe pain near chest... I don't know if this is how casualty works in hospital... only one doc is there he isn't ready to see , waiting for a gynaec and nurses aren't sure where is the gynaec... at least out of two gynaecs one can attend me if one is in surgery ? I really wish this review is seen by the owners and management... at least consider a pregnant lady's pain

"I recently had an experience at Holy cross and overall, it was a positive one. The medical staff and nurses were caring and attentive, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that the wait times were a bit longer than expected, and the administrative process could be more streamlined. Nonetheless, I received good medical care and felt comfortable during my stay. Thank you to the staff at Holy cross.

Casualty of this hospital is a joke. They will ask you to wait in the lobby till we get the case file form the reception and will not start medication until we personally get those medicines from the pharmacy after waiting in the long fish market queue. By the time they start treatment in casualty the patient condition would get worse. Lack of training is very evident. I was greeted by an arrogant nursing staff in the casuality who had scant regard for the condition of my child who was shivering with high fever. Hope the management of this hospital pay attention to this unprofessional behaviour of the casualty staff.

Pathetic experience for maternity No adequate care given to patients. No gynaecologist available during labour pain. Delay in reimbursement form and doctor signature.

I had gone to this hospital to show my mother..As it was night time there where no doctors and so we wer guided to emergency.I can only say the nurses are so arrogant..and duty doctor Mr.Chaithaneya..i have never seen a arrogant doctor like him..I think govt hospitals are better than this..the worst hospital i have ever visited

Poor management & administration. Not following any token system to see the doctor. The patients who have connection with the nurses or the hospotal staffs, are going without any token to see the doctor. The patients who have taken token are waiting like fools. Todays Example, Consultation of Dr R Suresh. There is no queue maintained in pharmacy. Pls keep token machine for medicine collection in Pharmacy. Totally poor Administration & lack of Supervisions. patientswithout any token rushed between th
