Holy Cross Hospital - Private hospital in Kottiyam - Kollam, India

First of all, I appreciate the new Holycross logo and aesthetic. Well done. My go-to choice for medical care is this hospital. The hospital, which includes various departments, is well-known for its medical services. The doctor was considerate and professional, and the consultation cost was fair. It was challenging to locate a location for my automobile. poorly maintained. Because security personnel are so careless, anyone can park their automobiles however they choose. Since there are no signs or guides, a lot of space has become unusable. So, it may be necessary to park beside the road. Booking the doctor took a long time because the token counter was busy. Before I could see the doctor, I had to wait more than an hour. Additionally, the pharmacy counter was slow, so I had to stand in line once more to collect my prescription. Back in the day this was a good reputed hospital but now it is not anymore. I paid 1500 Rs per day for a dirty room. If you check the photos that I uploaded.. you can decide the standard of this hospital. Doctors are best but if you can sacrifice the rest ..this is the best hospital. Update Sun/06/2023: I have to come here again as a bystander and the condition of rooms are still same as like my above review which I wrote 4 years back. I couldn't sleep because of the mosquito bites. They left open few ventilation without net covering. The bystanders will also fall sick.

This hospital is my regular choice for medical care. The hospital is well-known for its medical service and has many departments . The consultation fee was reasonable and the doctor was attentive and professional. However, I faced some issues with the parking area, the token counter and the medicine counter. The parking area was not well maintained and it was a rough terrain. It was difficult to find a suitable spot for my car. The token counter was crowded and it took a long time to book the doctor. I had to wait for more than an hour before I could see the doctor. The medicine counter was also slow and I had to queue up again to get my prescription. Overall, I think the hospital is good but it needs to improve.

A hospital with goodwill. Many good doctors. Treatment expense is moderate. A chapel is here for prayer. We can see a lot of nuns here actively involved in assisting the nurses and patients. Many part of the hospital are placed with holy Christian articles like pictures, cross and statues which really impart a positive energy to the mentally depressed patients and their relatives. A hepdesk for insured patients is working here. The parking space is very good.

Very poor service. Very bad experience . Emergency care is the worst one. staffs don't know how to deal a patient. Delayed treatment was given. Staffs are not efficient. Reached hospital at 8 a.m and iv fluid was given to my kid who is dehydrated at 8:40 a.m . But the bill for only observation and triage is very good . The PRO whom we should complain is not at all available in person and also through phone. Neither of us or our relatives will go there anymore

Pathetic experience from Admission desk, two ladies were sitting and showing their very aggressive face and attitude to their customers Immediately look into these people by management or else this two can damage your hospital reputation and loose people from here to other hospitals Why can't they talk to people in good manner which doing by doctors and all other supporting staffs, basically even from the token taking who is person standing there and helping each person well appreciated to him, doctors specially Dr. Kanakarajan and Dr. Mohammed Sadiq. Management immediately look into this or you can do mystery audit and check the attitude of these two by doing your hospital and hospitality will go in different level

No responsible security staffs there. Some people will roam around with uniform just to say that no parking space. There is lot of parking space, but it's a mess. Not at all maintaned. Security staff are so irresponsible so that cars are parking the way people like. Lot of space got unusable since there is no markings or no one is there to guide. So, sometimes need to park roadside. Also some people violate the one way system for easy access to parking. This cause traffic blocks and I had to make a reverse for a vehicle violating the system. There was no one to manage this. This will obstruct the way for emergency vehicles.
