Holy Cross Hospital - Hospital in Kalyan - Thane, India

I was avoiding but this hospitals malpractices forced me to write. They firstly force you to admit the patient, if you disagree then they create fear of life in your mind. Just to make money they prolong the stay even when they know they can't treat. The staff is worst and epitome of carelessness. I will just say one last thing "if you want to kill a patient, bring them to this hospital" I am using my real ID because I don't care about the management after what I have lost, unfortunately I have to give 1 star atleast if I have to post my review

The wrost hospital The nurses are wrost don't have any knowledge how to treat basic patients.Not serirous about theire work.

Holy cross is one of the great hospital in Kalyan, The staff is really supportive and guides in a very Professional Manner, Doctors take time and listen to patients patiently and the cost too is very affordable. Also the hospital maintains Cleanliness.

i have lots of complain about this hospital....first of all this admission staff are money minded....that lady doctor josepenza looted us with heavy hospital bills and her poor treatment.....they took two months to give back my security deposit amount despite settlement was made by insurance company. doctors are not that much skilled and experienced. this hospital need genuine good doctors. and admission staff and icu staff need training to be polite and co-operative.

My father has admitted here since five days. Staff is very good, they are cooperative, supportive and services of hospital is so nice. Dr. Josphen Mam treat the patient like family members. Thank you so much to all holy cross hospital Doctors and Staffs.

don't visit this hospital, They work as per their convince, discharge process is very pathetic, I have been waiting for 9 hour's, Doctor sign in on discharge paper at 10am , but they release us at 6 pm, Now , you can understand how there system work.please don't visit this hospital .

Earlier I was suffering alot in heavy pain it was a date of 12th of October where my parents admitted in Medihope hospital at morning time I was suffering from alot pain in my gallbladder there is stones. So once I have admitted in hospital dr directly take me away in Icu there they were charging alot per day 15000 after that my family is requesting them to shift me in general ward there also we are not getting any proper response from dr and nursing staff is also too Much rude then after 3 days spending in general ward my family is deciding to take me home Back. Because in Medihope hospital dr are saying we can't do surgery now after 6 weeks will do plan for surgery dr is saying due to having swelling in your stumck that's why we unAble to do. After that In pulse hospital dr parag misar it taking my Check up after 3 days of discharge then they said come after 7 days later. So one the date of 28th from afternoon I have alot same pain due to stone. So dr is saying if pain is not in control so go there and again admit in Medihope hospital. That time I have taken decision to not go there that time I have decided to go direct in Holly cross hospital that same in normal ward dr taking me under and they controlled my pain. Then I have Back to home next day morning at 9 am sharp my family again take to me in hospital then at 9.30 will meet Dr Ritesh Nayak in very polite way they talk to us and explained everything thing that time I also have alot swelling but dr said got admitted rest of will leave on us. And thanks to mata Rani that we found dr Ritesh Nayak on 29th I'm admitted in hospital all treatment were start and after that on 1st November dr taking decision for surgery. After surgery I Back to home normally without any pain of fear .. I must say dr is a god for me and he gave me new birth in hospital really thankful to dr and all nursing staff. Behaviour is also good in Holly cross hospital from nursing staff. Like families they treat their patients. Once again I'm really thankful to dr n all staff. My mumma say very clearly my first born in the year 1997 I have taken in Holly cross and 2nd birth also given me by Holly cross. Really thankful

My mother was admitted in this hospital for a week she had got a perfect medicine and specially care because due to my busy schedule some times I used to be not there a great thanks to the doctors nurses and the staff because of them my mother came out of the sickness. Praise the lord. May our almighty God bless all the management abundantly.
