This hospitals discharge procedure is very slow.. Insurance claim process in this hospital is also very slow. We have to wait for hours to get final bill for discharge. Very worst administration. Please improve.
They used to treat COVID-19 patients earlier, but they aren't treating now. You need to wait for 8 long hours to get the test result for COVID-19. Getting a room is quite a big process. They can have the pharmacy in a seperated place as it's in a small congested area which makes so crowded. Not a wide parking lot, but can accommodate 20-30 four wheelers. Apart from these cons, there is a canteen nearby the pharmacy which serves vegetable soup, oats for the patients.

I have significant concerns regarding the hospitals professionalism and quality of treatment it provides. In particular me and family troubled by the behavior of Visiting Castro surgeon. It is evident that Castro doctors excessive confidence and complacency have resulted in devastating consequences, including loss of multiple lives and profound suffering for numerous families. Not recommended to visit this place. This place seems more like religious place than a hospital
