Very stupid staff. Day old baby's blood collected for some test. After sometime on the same day, some staff has taken the blood again for the same test saying previous sample wasn't enough. They are just taking the baby without informing the parents. They must allow a parent with the baby to the sample collection room.Its very disgusting that they are taking away the baby without intimation. How mean they are. Don't know how to deal with a neonatal baby..
