Really nice gym and the best part is the trainer (Sunny). You can consult him for any exercise related to any of the sports. Sports people should definitely join Holistic. He makes the exercising schedule as per your sport which really helps while performing on ground. I have felt the difference after 2 weeks only and it really felt nice and satisfactory. Non sports people also gets very nice treatment & exercises from the trainer. He really has got vast knowledge of fitness. Only a good trainer can make a good gym. Safe and sound enviornment for ladies as well. Must go Gym.
