Very good hotel, extremely warm and friendly staff. They upgraded us to a platinum room which was a welcomed surprise. They served us some extremely delicious grape juice on entry. Rooms were and great and the location is perfect. Would 100% recommend it.

The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean. The hotel's panoramic views of the surrounding area were breathtaking,The food was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes.

Amazing staff and the food here was one of the best we had in Kerala. Amazing meals and service. Rooms weren't very spacious and a bit claustrophobic compared to the balcony views but given that it was in the heart of the city, it was very convenient for travel.

I stayed in this hotel for a day. Stay - it was good. They did a good welcome as well with a spicy tea. Service - Very friendly staff and service Restaurant - food is good. Overall stay was pleasant. Would highly recommend this place.

It's a very good hotel sitauted in d middle of market. It's at good location.. view is also beautiful from balcony.. staff is really co operative..food quality and service is also. Body massage is must from "Rince" if you visit here. BEST WISHES VISTA.
