Dear All, I today visited Holiday Spa this branch,because am looking for a very good professional Massage and I went their, then I purchased 800 45 minutes oil massage pack. Ms.HEMA came to do massage me once she entered she asked me that do you want to take any extras,I said I don't, since it's a professional spa why did she asked this question to me, then I asked is there any extras services, for this she said no, then why she need to ask that question to me,discussion over,she started massage , the pressure is very low(similar to wiping a mirror gently) I requested to increase the pressure, she told that she can give only that much pressure, okay this might be her physical strength I guessed, then after sometime I asked her name and length of her job(she said 2 years in Holiday Spa), after this she told for the pack I purchased only this much pressure she can give, it's really a cheat. Receptionist told price vary for duration, but therapist told price for pressure too. Few doubts, Since it's Professional Spa why did therapist asked me for extras. Pressure based on price is not mentioned by the Receptionist. I visited three times the therapist was North East, here full of South,I think they're giving un professional for some clients with ads in some other portal.Its not the HOLODAY SPA I visited a year ago. Really I vexed. Waste if 800 rupees. One request guys, please don't take massage with HEMA it's not sure whether the name is true or not. I add the message which I Received from them in whatsapp.... Just finished the worst massage. Very bad place. Very lazy attitude. Therapist name Hema took the massage and she does it for the sake of it. No extra services but that is not an issue. The lazy attitude and charging for one hour but finishing it in 45 minutes is the problems. Massage was very bad. Never coming here again. Please stay out. Worst massage, over priced, lazy attitude, no extra service and also asking for extra money for talking with you during the session. Would give negative rating but not available in google. Absolutely not professional.

Worst place in Chennai. They don't have any professionals to massage , moreover what they do as massage is painful most of the times. When I went hot water was not working properly, timing was not maintained. They therapist demanded for a tip at the end. Lady at the reception was rude , never answered me properly. Hygiene was bad, shower room was horrible, I can hear the conversation next room all the time. They call themselves professional which is not at all true. Waste of money
I take a combo package at verh Reasonable price by doing 2 therapist suba and anbu. They doing a very professionally massage and very well. I suggest to u all

Worst spa, we'll take 1hr package but they will clos by 40mins and the go out for coffee 5mins, no hot water and restroom dont have lock.. Totally worst spa i have photo as proof....
Holiday SPA is worst one I ever visited in my life.. its very bad and not hygienic. Rooms are not kept clean.. Towels are not washed properly.. I would suggest don't take oil massage because hot water is not coming to bath.. And the reception lady don't know how to treat customer she acts like boss and after payment made she won't even listen to your feedback..
