Good for what it is. Food is tasty, it's not typical 5-star taste rather its more like conventional Indian cuisine, which is good. Place is neat and clean but it could be managed a bit better, some areas need better upkeep. Location is right on highway, very easily accessible, if you are coming from city side, use left side service lane for underpass. Overall satisfied. Don't expect it to be like big reputed 5-star hotels but it's great for what it offers.

Worst experience. Not at all worth the amount spent. Air conditioners not working in neither the rooms nor the banquet halls. They arranged a third class cooler which wasn't working either. Not worth even a single penny. You can book a 3-4 star hotel for lower price and MUCH better service.

Lovely experience and especially their service staff are so polite and food is extravagant. Overall top notch service experience... I recommend every one at list visit once if you are in moradabad.

Worst experience ever!! Had my sister's engagement ceremony on 18th august 2023. Untrained and ill mannered staff. Way worst management. No 5 star services at all. No air conditioning. No sign of hospitality.

Had a great reception area..The views are amazing..Overall nice place... Didn't like their buffet services...The food quality is avg.

A Grand Hotel with Pathetic Overall Air- Conditioning in Royal Suites as well as in halls reserved for gathering. But the pool services came to our rescue. Not at all suitable for the purposes of cermonies/marriage especially in summers.

Stayed for 2 days in the hotel as the part of marriage. I really liked the hospitality and taste of the food.. The service was decent even though have to remind few times in case of delay. Tried emperor restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Ample choice and good taste as well. The rooms are beautiful. We enjoyed a lot of pool side views on sunny mornings. The restaurant food is Delicious. The service staff is very Good.
