We love this hotel! They make us feel like we are coming home to family! Front desk staff has done everything to make our check in/out smooth. Breakfast options are endless but the staff is really what makes breakfast delightful! So many friendly faces! Even the room attendant became our best friend! Virendra was always so attentive! I can't say enough good things about this place! Beds, shower, pool, ambience, gym, A/C...it's all been wonderful!
A really great experience at holiday inn, the staff are amazing. Sun it's and Dhanjay made sure we were comfortable at the restaurant and enjoyed our meals. The rooms are comfortable, very difficult to say goodbye to this hotel. I would 100% recommend to anyone coming to Delhi
Had an excellent stay at Holiday Inn. Stayed here for 2N for an official visit. Service wise I was quite impressed. Easy check in a check out. They also changed my room as per my request. Food wise again exceeded expectations! Had a fulfilling breakfast. Rooms were also quite nice with all amenities. Had a great view of sunset and greenery around. Not sure if the TV had access to OTT platforms, that can be a value add.
I am enjoying stay at this hotel, as I am still staying for one more day. thanks to Saradindu (staff) for providing good service Worth to mention, the only issue is with room consumable items. We trust the brand therefore we made 100%advance for room booking 15 days in advance; and front desk ask me another (4K) security money while check-in to avail the room consumables items. If we won't consume then the hotel will pay back balance money in 24-48 hr after checkout. Looks like hotel doesn't trust the guest. Then why should we keep our money with hotel for 48hr after checkout? Apart from this, I must say the hotel staff is friendly and supportive. Property is good. Thank you .
Recently I had been to Holiday Inn,Mayur Vihar Phase 1 extension ,Delhi for a surprise dinner given to me by my family. I enjoyed the delicious food there especially their honey chilly Lotus stem and garlic fried rice were awesome. There was a cute oh so cute tiny delicious chocolate birthday cake arranged for me and it was so artistically done by them . The service was good and the interior was also artistically done. Another highlight of Holiday Inn is it's accessibility. Just loved being there !!!!
I have really enjoyed my stay in Holiday inn hotel I Delhi and I enjoyed every bit of the meals. Sunita and Dhanjay really gave us a good treat and service. I recommend them to management. I was in room 744 and I loved the services of Achhelal. He is so good
The ambiance was so good. In reception team was very helpful. The restaurant is too looking very good and clean. Breakfast was excellent, dinner was excellent at all, with a value of money price. Overall, I would definitely prefer or recommend it to anyone.
I am already staying in the Hotel and I am so impressed by their service that I felt like writing some genuine words on this Sunday. This is my third visit here and I generally stay for business purpose. The quality of room , its cleanliness is simply amazing and spacious even the standard rooms . Each and every staff is very polite and humble ...recently I came across house cleaning staff "Mr.Gulab" who was very polite and professional at his work . I must say it's the best place for a stay if you are planning to stay in Noida or Mayur Vihar region. For me as it's already my 3rd visit it's my Home away from Home!!
