We recently organised our event and I had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms was clean and comfortable, and the lunch was delicious. My family and I loved our experience. The bedrooms were clean and tidy, and the food was fresh and delicious. However the best part by far is the customer service. The people here were very friendly and genuinely treated us with the utmost respect. I got carried away talking to Aakash and Sanjeev in a nice conversation. And the best part of our stay was the surprise birthday gift they gave my wife. Overall I cannot recommend this hotel enough, truly one of the best experiences I've ever had.

Restaurant VIVA holiday dining is exclusive with attentive and service oriented staff. Breakfast platter at Holiday inn is beautifully curated. Anjali and all the restaurant staff has a hospitable behaviour. Just one complaint: reception staff need to be more polite and friendly towards guest especially the ones who are travelling from long distance and tired. Reception staff is not very polite. Rest all good : Rooms are very cozy

My sister is air hostess so we sometimes go to this place. The interior is very well scented and peaceful area. The walls remind me of Indian heritage. The rooms are wellfurnished and the glass facades were regularly cleaned.
