The house keeping and maintenance of the room was awful. The towels were given only on request, the room wasn't cleaned properly even at check in. The bathroom was quite badly maintained. Complaints had to be raised repeatedly for cleaning the room. One member of the staff stood watch over the rating and told us what to mark, saying it would affect their jobs if a less than excellent rating was given. She snatched the phone out of my daughter's hands to give the hotel an excellent rating. She mounted a lot of pressure on us to review the hotel before we checked out even though we were being delayed for our flight. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the room she tried to excuse it by saying it was because "the hotel was getting older day by day". The F&B was a happy exception. The staff at the breakfast buffet was very courteous, attentive and extremely helpful. Food was excellent and so was the service. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I've had. It was the silver lining in the otherwise mediocre hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an absolutely stunning hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. The attention to detail in every aspect of the service, from check-in to dining, was truly impressive. The ambiance of the hotel was luxurious, creating a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. The rooms were not only beautifully designed but also meticulously maintained. The entire stay was a testament to the hotel's commitment to providing a top-notch experience for its guests. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and indulgent getaway.

I was expecting a lot from this 4 star hotel. This hotel is expensive yet their breakfast is only good for 3 star hotel. Don't book in here the quality of food is disappointing. I suggest go to any 4 star hotel not here. This hotel is boring. Only thing they have here is gym, meeting room area and a kitchen that is only good for 3 star. Any simple 3 star hotel can provide anything they have here. It's not worth it to pay big amount of money for low quality service.

Hotel ambeince was really great. Neat and clean. Morning, breakfast was really good. Chef were all very polite. Idly was very tasty. Then I had dosa taste was little bitter. After breakfast, I went to room, I took vomit. I felt dosa was not good. Staff were really good and humble .

It was a great stay. Will recommend the hotel. But one thing I must mention, improve your internet quality and room air conditioners. Internet speed was very poor. Room ac was barely maintaining. Rest all were good. Specially your staff. They are excellent.

The stay was comfortable. Staff members are friendly and service is fast. I got married here and I had no complaints from any of my guests regarding the hospitality. Last but not the least, the food is awesome.

This property should not be called a Holiday Inn. I am an IHG member, who booked directly with Holiday Inn and this is the kind of room I was given. We were given a room on the 2nd Floor, and our room needs a serious renovation/makeover. The first thing that put me off as soon as entered the room/bathroom was that the toilet was not flushed and had poop. Clearly, the room had not been cleaned or inspected before they let us check in. It was past midnight and we did not have the energy to get our room changed at that point, so we stuck with the same room. The rooms though spacious was dirty, with a lot of interiors showing signs of age/wear and tear. At this price point and with the Holiday Inn brand name, this is not what I was expecting. I urge anyone who thinks that they are getting an international standard room, to think twice before considering this place. I know there is a Holiday Inn Express closer to the airport, maybe that property is newer than this one, not sure.. The only good think we experienced was the breakfast buffet which had a good selection and very good service. Other than that, I do not have anything positive to say and do not recommend this hotel.
