Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Jaipur - Jaipur, India

I had an exceptional experience at the Holiday Inn Jaipur City Center. The staff was warm and accommodating, and the room was beautifully appointed with all the necessary amenities. The hotel's central location allowed for easy access to Jaipur's attractions. Dining at the hotel was a delight with delicious options. I highly recommend Holiday Inn for a memorable stay in Jaipur!

It was a short one night stay. Staff at front desk were extremely warm and responsive. We got connecting rooms, so that was a big plus. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom had all necessary amenities. In all it was a very comfortable one night stay. Will surely consider the hotel again on our next visit.

Pretty nice hotel. It's 5 star on paper but don't expect it to be a luxurious 5-star, it's decent and comfortable. However there were things in our room that didn't work such as the USB port, international plug point and one of the telephones. Service staff were reaponsive and provided an international converter but for a 5-star hotel I expect these things to always be checked and working.

It is an ideal place to spend time with your family and friends. The resort offers a variety of activities for the whole family to enjoy the whole day. The new airplane has party space, offering a variety of fun activities like pool parties as well as perfect venue for birthday parties and reunions. Additionally they have in-house dining and bridge side dining facilities thus the new airplane future is about to become your favorite destination in the Also the new airplane has parking and locker room facilities as a result, you don't need to worry about your vehicle or any other important thing.

The hotel is comfortable. Not luxurious. The staff is very good. The food at the buffet restaurant is above average and close to very good. What differentiates this hotel from the others is the attitude of the staff and service. The only issue to be careful about is that they have events in the Garden next door, which can be noisy and annoying. Certainly a good hotel for the family- good value for money.

Location wise its pretty good as it is in the center of the city. The room was good and comfortable, although we waited for 1hr before our rooms were assigned to us. However, they compensated for it when we insisted. In-room dining is expensive but the food is decent.

One of the best resorts I have ever stayed at. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings, well maintained and clean property. Great hospitality. Tasty food (cooked to order so everything is fresh). Having breakfast in the garden with the mountains in the backdrop is a plus. Overall quite, would definitely recommend for a luxurious stay

We came to Holiday inn for celebrating our friend's birthday for that we booked 3 rooms. The stay was fine and comfortable with all the co operation and experience received from people working at Front desk. I don't remeber the name of people who attended us as it was old tiume back but yes. Front office and Guest relation at Holiday Inn is best
