Holiday Inn Express Pune Pimpri, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad - Pune, India

While on a road trip took a halt at Pune and tried this hotel. Major disappointment it is. I chose superior deluxe room with breakfast. Let me give you a picture of reality. Room was cramped , congested. Bathroom is so compact and claustrophobic. There is space in bathroom door. You can smell it in whole room. Bathroom door has all fingerprints marks. Uncleaned. If visiting for professional trip try choosing other and if not try getting out asap. Don't bring luggage they don't have space! Nothing express its all cumbersome. Wall of room are made of cardboard. U can totally feel and hear people in nearby rooms. Planning a private trip with your partner be careful other person can hear it! I heard someone walking in my room @ 3 am. Woke up with jumpscare. It was person in my adjacent room. ( I am serious) Let's come to breakfast. We walked there around 8:30. After three request of table cleaning we got clean table to sit. Idli not fresh. Podi over, ghee not available, coconut chutney too runny. Papaya overripe sausage dry, omelette cold, eggs cold, sprouts had uncleaned service spoon, muffins stale, sandwich was ok. Croissant was good. But we just had one as it got over. They were not able to manage the service and order. Staff was confused and impolite. I had to ask for egg sunny side up for 5 times and when I actually got it was loaded with moist salt that too in excess. I didnt even ask for salt. My husband had three big lumps of salt. Poor guy! Tea and coffee was good. But mugs were chipped. So overall hell of a an experience. This hotel should be named as unholiday ! You will instantly get out of your holiday mood if you step in here. Dear management team please don't thank me for my feedback. I don't want to come back and ruin my stay.

I stayed here for a business trip with a couple of colleagues. Let me start with the check in time. 3 pm? And you call yourself a business hotel!? Unbelievable! People traveling for business can't wait till 3 pm to check in. Secondly, the rooms. In the name of making them compact, you have made them cramped and congested. There is no place to keep your luggage and clothes. The bathroom and toilet are so small that you will become claustrophobic even if you are not. Sharing such a small room with anyone can be a nightmare. Btw, the TV remote in my room had only one battery cell. And there was a problem with the door lock, which was addressed by the staff. The breakfast spread is decent but they need to have at least three people in the restaurant while the breakfast service is on.

Nice hotel with good breakfast. Small rooms but good enough for single person or couple. Dinner was not that great. You can go for dinner I. Near by resturants .

Hotel rooms are small but good for a light traveller for a couple of nights on a budget trip. Breakfast is fair and sufficient. Love the reception area, it's really cozy! What made a wonderful difference are the staffs here. They are service oriented and have excellent service attitude. A lady on her shift came over to my breakfast table and asked about my stay. She addressed the issues right away. I have forgotten to ask for her name to thank her here but she was on shift when I checked in on 23 May 2023's evening and was still around at about 6 plus am the next day. She is really a great staff to be at your hotel. Please convey my gratitude and thanks to her!

Nice option to stay for a single person especially if its a business trip. The rooms are compact, washrooms are too small. But this is how the other Holiday Inn Express hotels are. It is located at a very prime location at Pimpri right behind PCMC. Ideal for all the industrial visitors. The reception is located in the first floor. The check in formalities took place smoothly. The staff was polite. Complimentary breakfast is served at a restaurant right behind the reception. The food was below average. Unfortunately during my stay the TV was not working, so i was asked to change my room which i had to refuse as i was already settled in the current room. They hava a fitness centre in the ground floor. Ample parking is available. Overall a decent stay.

This hotel of Holiday express inn group is situated near Ambedkar Chawk, Pimpri near the PCMC. The hotel reception and the restaurant are on the first floor. The rooms are there on the first to the fourth floor. All of the rooms are of the same size and style. As per the size, the rooms are very small and the wash room area is extremely small and the toilet and bathing area are separated with the wash basin outside the same. But the rooms are neat and clean. Due to the small size of the wash room and the wash basis, one has to encounter the water spillage issue from there which is really annoying. The bed is comfortable and there are good numbers of plug points inside the room. However, it is better to stay for a small duration here. The restaurant looks good from the aesthetic point of view but it should have been more airy with less number of chairs on a larger area which is a little uncomfortable in case of large gatherings. The buffet breakfast menu has some basic items only and needs to be improved by a lot. The dinner buffet menu is very poor and has no variety at all which is included in MAP that too lasts only till 10:00 pm sharp without any tolerance. As a traveler with MAP package, I expect a call from the restaurant for dinner if they are closing but that is missing. The staff members of the restaurant need to be soft and much more cordial than they are right now and should be good listeners. The front desk members need to be more professional. The housekeeping staff members were good and polite. This hotel has a gym, two conference rooms on the ground floor with some very basic facilities. It seemed to me more of a holiday and students' hotel for a short stay than being a business hotel.

Washrooms and toilets are very small. Else everything is Comfortable... The positive is a delicious breakfast with many options. Hotel too have a common laundry and guests can utilise it as self service. Suggestion to Hotel : Though rooms are fitted with Smoke sensors and No Smoking signs are also displayed inside the rooms but smokers are using room toilets. Kindly ensure sprays or other aromoa spreading ways are used to eliminate the foul smell.

Everything is good except the choices of food. Not so much elaborate menu. Pricing is good and location is suitable if you are visiting Industrial locations like Chakan, Bhosri etc. Provides washing and laundry by self without extra charges. Over all value for money. Internet connection is mostly troublesome.
